This man did nothing bit complain about how the clients do not pay him....I told him what I wanted he gave me an estimate and forgot to include a sink .he kept putting my work off wanted to do his big projects first
n he finally got to mine .6 months later he
complained and yelled at me because I noticed abog mistake,the gaps on the door he yelled at me saying sometimes wood warps.i asked him why he was selling me warped wood and he hadntsaid he didn't want to the work for me anymore that he would give me my money back, which he hasn't

We used Carpet One in selecting our floor tiles.
Kyle Gorham is a great person and was very helpful and very patient in our floor tile selection.
His installers were very good too.
They removed all the carpet from the rooms and moved the furniture so the tile could be installed.
They were very good in asking us how we wanted things done in each room.
They were also very good about cleaning up.
I would highly recommend Kyle Gorman and Carpet One for any carpet or tile done to your home.

Cheap paint, cheap labor who don’t care about code, cheap materials, stone walls falling apart after a year. They put peel n stick flooring in a brand new home. This company literally just slaps up homes as quick as possible and charges premium. This company literally just cares about profit and not the actual buyers.

We purchased our wood floors from a local company. The sales representative was exceptional, and we were informed that any unused boxes could be returned with a 35% restocking fee, which was advantageous for us. However, after the installation, we returned the boxes to the store, only to be informed that we could not proceed with the return because they were considered special orders. I inquired further, and it turns out that a significant portion of the store’s inventory is considered special orders. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this when we purchased the floors. While we strive to support local businesses, this incident has led us to consider larger chains like Home Depot for future purchases.

We received an email saying that an ACH payment was processed when we have not used the business at all. We called to inquire and the young lady who answered AND refused to give us her name, hung up on us after 5 minutes of being on hold. We called back and she said to disregard the email because it was a glitch in the system and numerous people received the same email. We asked her to simply send another email stating the error just in case anything should arise, but she said she could not. She then changed her answer and said she could, but she hung up on us. She did not bother to get any information from us at all. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!

Shoutout to Isaac! He did a great job, will book again and would 100% recommend! First time homebuyer and I was worried - but I was in great hands with Isaac - appreciate him taking his time even when it was pouring down rain on him while he was doing his inspection. Thanks Isaac! You’re amazing!

Winton Homes exceeded my expectations in building my home. I purchased a custom home and Angel Herrera Jr. was a great foreman to work with. He always kept me informed on how construction was going as well as always making sure that timelines were being met . He was always available to answer any questions and made time to walk the home with me during the construction process. I highly recommend Winton Homes! The time and care that was taken from design to finish selections and final construction was an incredible experience.

My experience with Frias Shower Doors was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Alejandro, the technician, came to my home, made confident promises, and guaranteed his work. However, when the contract was sent by the office representative, Emily, it did not include the full scope of work discussed and did not reflect Alejandro’s promises—if anything, it said the opposite.
When I questioned the contract wording and asked for modifications, Emily abruptly stated they would not do the work. Within seconds, I received an email confirming the work order was canceled. There was no attempt to clarify or resolve the issue.
Afterward, Alejandro messaged me saying he could explain the job step by step for a fee, which came across as condescending and inappropriate.
This entire experience felt dishonest and shady. Verbal promises were made, contradicted in writing, and when questioned, the company simply walked away. Proceed with extreme caution!!

Waldo's is absolutely the best and we mean the best small business to use for your El Paso window and glass needs. The estimate was fast, precise, and the replaced glass was a perfect fit. Now, let's talk cost, again of three estimates, they were the best price and when you factor in the replacement time, as a customer - we came out way ahead.

I reached out and he gave me a quote along with timely next day service. He and Carlos came out centered and hung my TV and surround sound system, moved outlets for no show cords, along with painting the backwall. They were professional and made sure to give 5 star quality work. I will be using them for all of my home needs. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Not helpful and quick to dismiss. If you are planning on buying from them as an individual take notice of their return policies in case you have leftover tile.

We had a great experience with Carpet Warehouse. Jim, the project manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through choosing our flooring. He took the time to explain all of our options, was very patient and friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. They were also very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated.

Julian did an excellent job installing our flooring, and his assistant was also wonderful (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name). The workmanship looks great, and the whole process went smoothly. We would highly recommend Carpet Warehouse and this team to anyone looking for new flooring!

Great service! I was moving and waited last minute to get my broken window fixed. With is being a holiday hardly any businesses were open. Npt only was David available but he came out quickly and got the glass replaced. It looks so much better than the other pain that was still in place. What a life saver!

I arrived 8 minutes before closing, and as soon as I got out of my car, I heard them lock the door. I knocked, and they told me they were already closed. I was then told that if I wanted to be helped, I needed to arrive 10 minutes before closing. I suggest they change the hours listed on Google and on their door to say they close at 4:50 instead. I drove 30 minutes to get there and was refused service.
