Great quality work! We just had this beautiful pergola installed within a few hours. This is the second time I hire Red Oaks to build us their outstanding Pergolas. Previous home they installed a massive pergola, for the 7 years I had it, the mesh never had to get replaced. We decided to build a 15X10 in our new home and it covers a great amount of shade for our sitting area as shown. Super solid built with real wood. With my experience, this company never lost consistency in their quality, craftsmanship durability, and customer service. I strongly recommend this company.

I gave my full trust to Maan and his team to create a fresh, modern kitchen for my house. The entire project exceeded expectations. Despite the one bad review, I was not let down by Jesus and his team. I initially had my doubts but man were my expectations exceeded!! Their craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding and they definitely stand out from the rest. I do not understand how anyone could be dissatisfied with their work, it is amazing what they do and how they manage to do it. Clean, on-time and most importantly, trustworthy.

Store Manager Andy Alvarez from the Sundland Park location in El Paso, Tx needs to improve his customer service etiquette. We asked to exchange a kitchen faucet we had purchased. He stated due to policy and procedures he was not allowed to do an exchange or refund. This was after I mentioned we needed an exchange and were interested in buying a high end dishwasher. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer and he said that was my choice to go somewhere else but he had to stand by his policy and procedures because those were more important. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He stated this was not information he could share with me. As a retired executive for a large company I know this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I will never recommend this location.

Great place for discounts and tile tht went out of date. Overstock but they helped me find my tile and man was very helpful.
