On New Year’s Day our garage door broke it wouldn’t go up next day I started calling different companies. Thank God I got a hold of Arturo with Smart Garage Doors I explained my problem took some photos he quickly put my mind at ease by telling me that he could fix it but not on Thursday I would have to wait till Friday. Boy am I glad I waited he was so professional arrived on time and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. We felt so confident with Arturo we even upgraded our chain drive motor to a belt drive motor. Before he left he made sure we understood how to use our new remotes which he had programmed for us. I definitely highly recommend Arturo for any problem you may have with your garage door.

I hate to leave a negative review for a brick and mortar store since so much is done on line, but I’ve come to regret buying here. The front desk person is very friendly and helpful. Beyond that the quote process and responsiveness is EXTREMELY slow, it’s days between responses or answers to questions. Post sales support pending install is also extremely slow. Items were delivered with parts missing before thanksgiving and we are still waiting for the install team to come back and fix the original items some 2+ weeks later. What is beyond disappointing is that they “say” we emailed you or called you—when they didn’t. Sadly this has now happened 3 times. As of this post I am still waiting for my install to be finished properly.

We had a couple of old pieces of metal furniture, a desk and a patio swing. Estefano worked his magic and brought these two pieces back to life! The customer service was impeccable! We will definitely use CertaPro for future projects.

We got tagged by the fire department for out of date inspections on our extinguishers being several years out of date - totally our fault, since we didn't make arrangements with anyone when we took over the location a few years ago. Thank you to El Paso Fire Department for putting out fires *and* working hard to keep fires from ever happening!

Justin at Henderson answered my phone call and took time out of his day to answer all of my questions on the requirements and the process. He was simply tremendous! We weren't even a customer yet and he was already taking care of us, and I never felt rushed or encouraged to end the call before all my questions were answered thoroughly. A+++

We now have our extinguishers tested and certified, and I was also able to pick up some quality re-conditioned Buckeye extinguishers for my personal vehicles. The service was fast and the pricing is incredibly reasonable.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid If You Value Your Time**

I recently visited Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery expecting a professional and helpful experience, but unfortunately, I was met with the exact opposite. The customer service at this location is, quite frankly, terrible.

First, I waited for 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention, despite there being several employees who seemed more interested in being comfortable being seated than with each other than helping customers. I smiled and walked out.

I was extremely excited to buy locally, especially with a budget to purchase products like Wolf and other high-end appliances.

The interesting thing is just sold my home in Newport Beach, CA and the budget I have is typically way more than allocated for the local area.

Overall, my experience with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery was extremely disappointing. If you’re looking for quality customer service and a stress-free shopping experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually cares about its customers.

My experience with Piedras Mundiales was very positive. The employees were all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job! I needed four sink holes cut in my existing granite in order to install new sinks. The employees measured carefully before they cut. Everything turned out great! I will definitely call them when I’m ready for my next project.

American DIY Patio Covers completely renovated my backyard with their Patio Cover installation process. Robert, the owner, drove to my house personally and took the measurements we wanted and answered all our questions and made the deal. Flooring by Alex is a top-rate flooring company here in northeast El Paso!!! They get a little busy this time of year so you have to be patient. But once all the details are worked out, they come to your home and in the blink of an eye your floors are transferred don't get me wrong, they're not cookie Cutters they really get down to the details, if there are any glitches they have great customer service and they will come and fix any slightest little detail. Mr Alex himself will come over and get on his hands and knees and fix the slightest little detail and if he's not available hey will send someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful! This is a five-star company in I highly recommend Flooring by Alex!!!

I was needing something to cover my 24 Nissan. I found Canopies of El Paso. Called them and they came out quickly and made all of the arrangements. I now have a beautiful canopie to cover my Nissan. The price was reasonable as well.
