Reviews of local pros in El Paso, Texas

I recently had granite countertops installed in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. The granite itself is stunning—perfectly cut and polished with flawless seams and edges. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring a precise fit and clean finish. My kitchen has been completely transformed and looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality granite work and top-notch customer service!

Exceptional service from beginning to end. The team at Mr. Stone made the entire process—from selecting the right stone to final installation—seamless and stress-free. Communication was clear, support was always available, and every detail was handled with care. Highly recommend Mr. Stone to anyone seeking quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer experience.

Store Manager Andy Alvarez from the Sundland Park location in El Paso, Tx needs to improve his customer service etiquette. We asked to exchange a kitchen faucet we had purchased. He stated due to policy and procedures he was not allowed to do an exchange or refund. This was after I mentioned we needed an exchange and were interested in buying a high end dishwasher. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer and he said that was my choice to go somewhere else but he had to stand by his policy and procedures because those were more important. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He stated this was not information he could share with me. As a retired executive for a large company I know this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I will never recommend this location.

I have used Carpet Magic for many years. Chris always does an excellent job cleaning my carpet, rugs and furniture. He is very professional and reasonably priced.

He took the time to listen to my ideas and offered great suggestions that made the space even better than I imagined. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Everything was completed on time and within budget. I’m so happy with the final result. Thank you New shower 915 LLC!
