Daniel was very thorough in diagnosing my dishwasher problem. He arrived on time and was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and won’t hesitate to use it again.

I wish I could give zero stars. My appointment was between 8am-5pm. Technician arrived at 5:20pm, my wife tried to explain issue with ice maker. He cut her off and said there was ice build up on maker. She explained this happen since unit stopped working. He said he would have to order parts. Wife asked why we didn’t get notified of a closer time of arrival this morning. He said we won’t be notified of when he’s coming until he pushes a button on his phone. He said I bet they told you I would have parts, they lied to you. He said I’m in a bad mood and I’m leaving and walked out the door. He closed the ticket did not order parts. I have no idea who the technician was. I have no paperwork and according to A & E my ticket is closed. I still have a broken ice maker. Horrible customer service!!

My wife and I were not very happy with the service call from Sears. The reason when I requested a technician I was told that they could work on Jenn-Air coolers and they sent someone who was really unable to not even look at it but rather just diagnosed a bad fan motor by listening to it. Furthermore he could not get the repair parts as was promised by Sears when I was on the phone with them. The whole experience was not good and cost me $139 to find out that they were more interested in the trip fee then trying to repair my wine cooler. We were very disappointed.

My icemaker installation was not completed. Daryll was unfamiliar with repair order and asked me questions about what was to be done. He said the I needed a plumber.and asked if I wanted the refrigerated left out, blocking the entrance to the kitchen and use of my cook surface. He was not empathetic nor did he offer assistance in resolving the problem.

1st issue ever with our 12 year old Kenmore. Excellent service and excellent response to my washer issues provided by Danny. Very friendly, courteous, and informative. Only 1 spring was broke and one shock absorber were bent but he replaced both springs as well as all 3 shock absorbers and said “you paid for a new set of springs and absorbers so I’m replacing everything”. Great service.

Great and friendly service. We got our washer repaired, received some good tips for future usage, and even learned some trivia about shoes!

The Technicians did an Awesome job of getting my washer/dryer combo back up and running. I am relieved 😃! Thank you both!

My technician didn’t actually fix a lot of the problems I had reported on my washer and dryer. For example: the lint screen still doesn’t fit in the slot well. He made a small adjustment which made a minor improvement, but shrugged off the fact that it doesn’t fit well on the fact that it’s a GE. When I asked him what caused my suspension rods on my washing machine to go bad before the machine was even one year old, he simply said the machines aren’t made like they used to be and recommended I buy the extended warranty. I have had a weird stain on several articles of clothing over the past several months that can only be explained by some sort of machine oil coming from the washing machine. He simply said there’s nothing that could be getting oil on my clothes and there was nothing he could do. And finally, I realized after he left that he didn’t even address the unresponsive power and start button on my dryer.
Now let’s talk about the dishwasher: another tech came out, ran diagnostics with his little handheld device, told me everything was running as it should, and left without fixing anything. “Running as it should” could not be more inaccurate when describing this piece of trash dishwasher. I am a single mom of a 2 year old. To have a brand new dishwasher that NEVER WORKS feels so infuriating and exhausting. -
They did a wonderful job. Cleaned up after themselves and we now have two ovens that work. It is so nice to see people who care about their work. And care about my property. Thanks sears

Called them to get oven repaired. Downloaded pictures of the oven as well as model and serial number and they came and stayed less than five minutes and charged $139 to tell me it was the main board and it couldn’t be fixed because they don’t make parts for it anymore. I feel they should have known that when I sent pics with model number, serial number and year and told me up front that parts were no longer available for the oven and I wouldn’t have wasted $139 for the service man to stay less than five minutes and after waiting all day for him to come he and then he shows up 20 minutes late. Not satisfied with the service at all. I would steer clear of this company because they take your money knowing up front parts are not available for your appliance.

Categorically the worst experience I've had with any repair company. "Fixed" my washing machine only for it to continue leaking. Supposedly willing to return within 30 days free of charge, except when you schedule the follow up they just consistently reschedule you to avoid the work. Entirely AI driven customer service so no ability at all to speak to a human and resolve anything. Do not use them at all. It's a total scam.

The technicians are kind and work hard, the scheduling is horrible. I wasted 3 days of work. It took a month from the 1st appointment to actually get repaired. 1st appointment Technican came ordered part, 2nd appointment waited 8 to 5, no show (1st wasted day off of work). 3rd appointment technican comes, 1st technician didnt order all parts (wasted appointment and 2nd day off from work). 4th appointment 8 to 12, called at 12 said they would be there at 1:30, called at 3, sorry noone is dispatched at this time, never showed (3rd wasted day off of work). So I really dont know how to rate this, because Daniel was great. Sears repair service was horrible.
