We had an oven that wasn’t heating, and they diagnosed the problem, gave a good estimate on how long it would take to order the part, and did the repair. The technician showed up on time at both appointments, was very knowledgeable, and kept the space tidy. Overall, a very good experience, and we’d call them again if we need another repair.

Kyle did a great job with the dryer repair. He arrived early for the appointment, assessed the problem quickly, got the part needed and had the repair completed the next morning. I would use Mr. E Appliance Service again and would recommend them. They communicated well about when they would arrive and provided professional service.

Great people, easy in scheduling, fast appointment times. The only issue being the service window was 12-4 pm, I asked for a call when on the way, which didn’t happen. I felt bad the technician had to wait for me to get home and it delaying his day with other appointments. They accommodated with allowing him to stick around for 20 mins, and thank you for that Mr. E

Highly recommended. Mr. E is reliable, easy-to-work with, and the two guys who showed up to fix our refrigerator were both nice. We appreciated them so much that we are now seeking Mr. E’s assistance with our washing machine.

I am a second-time customer, and I needed repairs to my washer and dryer. Mr. E came out, examined both machines and explained in detail what was required to function correctly. He is friendly and soft-spoken, but he is highly skilled. I highly recommend this business.

Will not be using this company again. Exorbitant labor costs. Quoted $285.00 estimate for labor with a $50.00 shipping charge for the part which was $68.00(it must have come express from China). I thought the job to repair my washer would take a few hours, it took less than 45 minutes. When I questioned the labor estimate and requested a reduction, I was told that was the industry standard. That's not true. Then I was told well your machine is working now. Never again

Kyle and Justin are my technicians from Mr E Appliance. They are punctual, attentive and very good at what they’re doing. They go extra mile helping me resolve my issues. I am very impressed with their service. I will definitely call Mr E again for my future appliance repairs needs. They deserve 5 stars for their work!!!

Ethan did an amazing job with our dishwasher repair and was able to add on the oven repair too! The service was fast and the communication was great! I would highly recommend!

Kyle is awesome! Punctual, friendly and knowledgeable! We had a dryer issue — wouldn’t heat — When my husband suggested to look at the vent as it might be clogged, Kyle agreed and turned out it was. He resolved the issue in about 1/2 hour and his rate was very reasonable. When I went to look for someone who repairs GE one-piece stacked dryers, it was not an easy search. When I called Mr. E’s, the scheduler was friendly and organized and laid out all of the details clearly. And the use SMS for notifications, which I love! I highly recommend Kyle and Mr. E’s Appliances 🙂

I believe when you're working with these folks, you are working more directly with the business owners. I could be wrong. Regardless, this whole experience felt like working more directly with folks who care about your problem, who are willing to find ways to fix your issue, and who won't lead you astray. I really appreciate that they came out. Roshad was personable and honest and I'd give them more stars if I could!

Everyone is courteous, and friendly, from admistration to the Techs. They are knowledgeable and strive to give their best service. They fixed my dryer and my washer. Until I decide to buy new, both are running great!

Finally a company who knows what they are doing! Super nice repair man and knowledgeable. Top rated too for communication! Don’t call any other company for repairs!

I do not suggest using this company. They are trying to scam people out of money. We set up a service call to repair our dryer that had an error code. A simple Google of the error code told us that a part probably needed to be replaced. The service technician came out and told us after some diagnostics that the part needed to be replaced. He said that the office would send us an estimate on Monday as he arrived at our home at 5 pm Friday evening. He said he didn't have the part and it would need to be ordered. Well we received the estimate on Monday and they are trying to charge $285 for labor. The technician would need about an hour to complete the job and would have been done if he had the part when he came out. When I asked about the charge for one hour of labor, I was told that is the industry standard. I looked it up and the industry standard is $50 - $125 an hour which I feel is much more reasonable. And if he had the part when he came out, it would have taken him maybe 5 more minutes to fix the problem instead of coming back out for another hour. They also are charging double the cost of the part and shipping for the part. Don't be fooled by them. We paid $125 for nothing and now they are saying it will be an additional $340 to replace one part. They are scam artists and not BBB accredited.

How can you improve perfection? I don’t think this organization can & I wish others would learn from Mr. E Appliance. Top notch service from the initial phone call until the technician, Ethan, left our home. My husband and I are over the moon with the professionalism, kindness and promptness they showed. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the service, or lack there of received from Mr. E. The customer service rep with the New York accent, has been unprofessional to say the least. I had a scheduled appointment with a window of 3-5. I was contact some time during the morning stating there was a cancelation, asking if I would be interested. I said I would not. When I called to ask if I would be visited closer to 3 or closer to 5, I was told my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to the an emergency that the repair man had. Why was I not called to be notified.I took off of work for this visit. I was offered nothing in terms of compensation. Let me also mentioned the New Yorker called me out of my name.

Ethan came out today and he was extremely professional and he was helpful and explained every issue clearly. Great, clean-cut, and professional representation and he was on time!!
