Very friendly, fast, and fixed my issue right away. I have a fridge that is a more difficult brand to work on, but he came out right away, found the problem, and now it is cooling perfectly! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing service in the hampton roads area!

Chris is absolutely amazing. I put in a claim with my home warranty and within about 3 hours of putting in my claim he diagnosed my problem over the phone and came to fix the problem. He was in and out like lightening. It saved me the troubling of moving all my food to the fridge in the garage. I highly recommend this company.

I left a message and Chris called me back within 20 minutes. I figured I'd give him time to call back because he was probably in the middle of another job, which was the case. Chris showed up on time and fixed my fridge in about 30 minutes or so. I will be using The Fridge Guy again in the future for any fridge repairs. Highly recommended.

After fighting with the leak for most of Saturday, I called The Fridge Guy. Chris called me next business day and came on time to fix my leaky fridge. It took him 10 minutes! He was in and out in about 20 min total. Great service, local business, and honest professional. Saving this number for any of my friends needing fridge repair.

Promptly returned my call to schedule service. Provided ETA prior to his arrival on the day of the appointment. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently and resolved both issues (no water at dispenser and no ice) in one visit.
