We are so thankful to have found Mr. Chris! Our automatic ice machine in our freezer stopped working and ended up leaking water all throughout the refrigerator. Others told us we needed a new refrigerator and wouldn’t quote us for repair. Mr. Chris not only fixed it, but he has come by on his own time to check that everything is in working order! Great company! Thankful for Mr. Chris and his amazing experience and above all his Customer Service!

Chris was fantastic! Fixed our issue with a slow water and ice maker that had been an issue for the last 8 months! Fridge is working great now thanks to Chris!! Highly recommend!!

Chris was awesome! He called me back the same day and was able to access my issue over the phone. He provided me with a few steps to try and my fridge is fixed without him even needing to stop by. He very easily could’ve come and collected my money over what was a simple fix, but he didn’t. He was willing to help me out over the phone, which I very much appreciate!!

Chris is by far the best person to go to when it comes to fridge repair. I’ve used him several times for my clients and he is a sure bet every time. I left him a voicemail and he got back to me quickly. He is very honest, straightforward and fairly priced.

Our fridge was broken so I called Chris and he was able to diagnose the issue accurately over the phone. He came the next day when he said he would and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. A few weeks later the same issue came up and he came a couple hours later and fixed the issue free of charge, no questions asked. I can see why he comes so highly recommended, great service overall.

Chris returned our call within 30 minutes and scheduled to repair the same day. He found the drainage clog and fixed it within the same day. We are greatly appreciate his professional services. He deserves 5-star.

I called Chris because the water dispenser on my GE refrigerator was making a grinding noise after I changed the filter. I left all the details on his voicemail. I received a return phone call within 10 minutes. Chris immediately knew the cause of the problem and had the part in his truck. I asked when he would be available to do the work and luckily he was in my area doing another job. Needless to say he was at my house 45 minutes later installing the new part. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The new part was installed and working in under 30 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable. I will be using him for all my future refrigerator needs if any arise. I highly recommend him and the five stars are well deserved.

I am a senior I'm disabled and I called Chris he came within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem. Which was only a relay switch he was very professional I would highly recommend him 1,000 %. He fixed the relay switch put a new one in and my freezer is now up and running you got to love his professionalism. And he is not expensive. I appreciates that! I gave him a 5-star rating and highly recommend

Chris was an AHS referral who called the same day (after hours), and scheduled for the next day. Arrived on time and quickly fixed the issue. Best AHS vendor I’ve used.

I called the Fridge Guy to repair my Whirlpool fridge that had stopped cooling. Chris dropped everything to come to my rescue and was able to quickly get my fridge back up and running. I appreciate how valued I felt as a customer and the concern he had for my situation. I highly recommend this professional and very knowledgeable company to help you with your refrigerator needs.

Called Chris in the morning, gave him the model number and issue with our fridge, he diagnosed the issue on the phone and he came by later that day. He brought the part we needed with him and replaced it. He was kind and considerate.

This is the best refrigerator repair person we have ever used! My husband met with him today.. he diagnosed our issue with our ice maker (Whirlpool) and explained our options. He was honest and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Highly recommend him!!!

If you need a fridge guy, don't look any further, Chris is your guy. Hard working, responsive, knows his stuff and reasonable prices. He has fixed our older fridge twice and saved us from buying a new one just yet. He provides a level of customer service that is hard to find. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Ice maker quit working, called for service and Chris came out the next morning. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and 5 more minutes to install the new ice maker. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Will call him for all my fridge problems. Great guy.

Terrible. I already knew I had a broken interior glass door. My two appliance guys told me the part was no longer available and could not replace it. I told Sears repair that very same thing. You sent a Repair guy to come here & charge me $129 to tell me the same thing I had already been told and conveyed to your ridiculous company the same thing. I did not need to be told again. It is no surprise that Sears has closed most of their stores in the country. I will try and see to it that you don't cheat anyone else. The repair man even told me we could remove the broken glass but did not offer to use his expertise to do it. Sears is now dead to me for the rest of my life. I will try and make sure I can rescue innocent others from the incompetent tactics of your firm. What a terrible joke to pull on people who believed in you all of their lives. Thanks for the lesson that NO ONE can be trusted any longer in this country. Most of your employees probably do not even remember the one time greatness of Sears Roebuck & Company.

The problem I called for is fixed no spin cycle, but now my washer leaks water everywhere. From under neath my washer.

The technician that came to service our washer was very knowledgeable and efficient. You couldn't have asked for more. He was amazing. Scheduling the service with Sears Home Services was a nightmare. Appointments made, confirmed, then cancelled by Sears home Service. First time parts were delivered to residence Saturday prior to appointment. The day of appointment they confirmed by text then cancelled saying parts hadn't come in. Second appointment scheduled, confirmed with text message and they cancelled again, saying appointment was never confirmed. Third appointment scheduled and confirmed again via text, they cancelled saying technician was on the way, but vehicle broke down. Scheduled another week out, had to call request management and finally the called back with an opening in 2 days. Again, the technician was amazing! However the customer service scheduling the appointment, and the technician actually getting to our home was a nightmare. This was very frustrating with a lot of unnecessary time off work to accommodate appointments that were cancelled. When your entire family works in health care or are first responders, you definitely need your washing machine!
