Delacy. Very polite.on time,called.
He should be promoted to Supervisor. Definitely a customer listening person. -
I am an elderly disabled Army Vet and have NEVER in my life had such a horrible experience attempting to get my appliances fixed by anyone. I started requesting repairs in early August of 2025. More than 8 weeks later I am still waiting (Yes, I have been forced to use a laundry mat. Even after thinking items were fixed my appliances ended up still being broke. Possible crappy repairs or poor equipment. Don't know what to do... I am so sad! Would not recommend their services to anyone who wants timely, professional, appropriate repairs. Because this is the only company that covers Asurion NEX claims for Major Appliances I am screwed.

Excellent service and performance. Justin was helpful in explaining what he deemed appropriate use of the appliance.

The guy was amazing very professional. He came in diagnosed the problem with ease.
Would recommend your business to all my friends -
The technicians do not call, do not email, and will reschedule or fully cancel the appointments made with no reason given. Trying to contact customer support is near impossible unless you want to listen to an AI assistant for 2 hours saying they cant do anything. If you want to talk to someone you have to call, press 5, then press 2. then whoever answers tell them which department to forward you to and hope to god they dont sent you to Samantha the AI waste of space. Horrible customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Totally AI, 3 people came to house, 3 separate times, 2 ordered parts, 3 different diagnosis. No one fixed it. They took parts. Have not been reimbursed. No representative to talk to, Totally AI. Website not helpfu

Friday Sears cancelled appointment due to them overbooking. Today, technician went to wrong house. There is no number to get the Justin H to come back. Now they want me to reschedule again for their negligence. The call center is overseas, loud, and hard to clearly communicate with. They lack the power to get a timely resolution. Severely disappointed in Sears Home Services. I’d think twice before getting an appliance repair warranty with this company.

The techs were great but the company itself was horrible. It took 5 appointments over 18 days and 3 of those were no-shows that had to be rescheduled. The 18 days doesn’t even include the 7 days between the time I contacted the company and the first available appointment to start the process.
If this service provider is the best one Lowe’s Protection plan can work with, I will NEVER buy the protection plan again. -
I thankfully didn’t need any repairs. I have a yearly maintenance plan. The technician comes out and makes sure everything on his checklist is complete. If something needs to be replaced it’s done. This preventive maintenance has kept my appliances running. The technician was very professional. I purchased a 5-year plan and don’t recall the price but considering the cost for just one visit on just one repair, the plan is worth it.

Excellent service! The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Our dryer is now working properly. The $100 we paid is the deductible required by our Sears Home Services maintenance agreement.

The technician was friendly and polite and gave me lots of tips that I can use at a later date if looking for a new dryer

Technician was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Sears definitely needs to supply the man with a van/truck to make his repair calls easier, have parts at his finger tips and make the experience more professional. I understand his Sears vehicle has been in a shop for a month? I was not initially comfortable when he arrived, because there was nothing that represented Sears? In years past, You knew you had a "Sears repairman" arriving. Today, no visual Sears representation? Today, The text alerts, kept coming, but the repairman did not arrive per any of the texts. Not sure that service is an improvement?
But he took care of the appliance and answered my questions. One notable thing, the white flap for the ice/water chute is inaccessible to a homeowner. Mine was covered in mold. Nasty. Repairman had to dismantle the whole compartment and I cleaned it in the sink. Something a homeowner could not access and remove. I think this is a flaw in this model. It should be something that can be cleaned! See photo attached. The other item he could not address, is the multitude of "rust dots" all over my stainless steel door. No answer to the cause. But it definitely detracts from the appearance of a remodeled kitchen. I believe it's another material flaw. -
Gary came and I told him I was considering getting a new dishwasher! I asked him to measure the opening to see if new dishwasher would fit. He was the kindest repairman I have ever had!!!. He even made my door lock work better!!!

The technician was very friendly and helpful. The problem had resolved by the time he got to my house but he made sure all was safe and working properly.

We had someone come out. They never mentioned that the appliance may still be under warranty. They told us we needed a motor, order it, and told us to blow a fan on the back of the refrigerator. They came back replaced the motor ($600) again no mention of warranty. This didn't fix it, looked up everything myself called LG. It was the fan, not sure why that wouldn't have been the first thing tried since we were being told to blow a fan on it. Very frustrated we were charged so much for a repair that may not have been necessary.

Canceled appointment on the 23rd for HVAC inspection. No phone call or email on why just nothing. This company runs off AI and you can’t speak to anyone to get answers. Even my home warranty cannot get a hold of them.

Repair Order Number: 000817513409905 not fixed. The water filter mechanism continues to leak water inside refrigerator.
-
Was on time, polite, kept me informed what he was finding as we went along. Provided options to remedy the problem. Felt as if he offered very good solutions and advice.

Never use a company that makes it impossible to talk to a human. Pretty sure this company actually doesn’t exist. Their “automated” system set up an appointment for me and of course, their technician never came.
What made it worse is that I could never talk to an actual person for resolution. Just kept getting their preprogrammed messages that never confirmed or denied if I would ever get a technician -
How they received any stars is a complete conundrum. I just had a nightmare experience with sears washer repair. The first guy over charged me for diagnostics by $97.00. Then he tried to charge almost $600.00 for the repair which he never did. It's all AI but I somehow luckily got connected with a live person. After 2 days of arguing over chat they finally refunded the almost $300.00 for diagnostic. The next sears repair guy said yes, the first guy was correct, the problem is the water pump. He charged me $450.00. And never came back to do the repair. I called him. He said I have no idea what you're talking about, when he was just here 3 days earlier. DO NOT CALL SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR ABOUT ANYTHING!!!! Unless you don't mind being robbed by china. I WILL get my money back!

Danny was very nice and professional. However, he was not able to get my washer fixed. He and I discussed having a new washer delivered since I have had so many people out here to fix it and they have not been able to. I expect to hear from him on Monday. He was here for at least 3 1/2 hours.
