Appliance Repair reviews in Virginia Beach, Virginia

They have the worst customer service. When asked to have an accurate window when they will come to fix our fridge they have said three times now that they will call and ask the contractor and call us right back. They have not called back once. I am now waiting on a supervisor to "call back." Because it has been a week and a half without a refrigerator and having 2 small children it just doesn't work out. They have no empathy and when I asked for a number for me to call the contractor, they said they can't do that and they can't even call the contractor themselves. I feel as if it would be easier to just give the customer a website to go and schedule themselves because that is all Service Quick can do anyway.

Filed a service claim with Samsung to fix the ice maker, service quick was assigned to fix the issue. Upon looking at their reviews on Google, I didn’t have high expectations of receiving quality work. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding communication and service I received! The technicians were very polite, professional, courteous, and performed the repair work first time quality. This reinforced the saying, don’t judge a book by its cover.

Informed them of the error code (84C Compressor) and got scheduled a week later, only for a tech to come out, confirm the code and that it was a compressor issue. Now we have to wait another week for them to come back and repair the known issue. When asked why that is their process and if the issue was known why at the very minimum a replacement compressor was brought out. They stated that’s not how their process is. Waste of time and after reading other reviews clearly this is common place. Had the same terrible service while dealing with Samsung. Will no longer be buying Samsung nor using Service Quick outside of “warranty”. Best of luck everyone.

This company is a certified repair company for a warranty we got for our refrigerator at Home Depot. Our refrigerator stopped working, we had issues with it for a long time. It had already been serviced once before. This time around it was deemed unrepairable. I am an individual who takes medication that must be kept in the refrigerator. It took 2 service calls to determine we needed a new refrigerator. Ended up being 2.5 weeks without a refrigerator. This was not only a serious inconvenience but a serious problem for my health situation. They need to find a way to better assist those with emergency situations in a much more timely fashion.

I won't get into my Samsung oven sitation and how Samsung handled it. It makes sense how bad it was they would align themselves with a poor company.
They tech was informed of the issue with our oven door and he came to check it out, or should I say take a photo to Samsungs third-party to diagnose it.
The oven was under warranty and purchased in July of 2024. Less than 6 months old.
We are at a loss for a replacement door due to Samsungs inability to care for safety and quality in a product; however, Service Quick, Inc. threatened to send my husband to collections for $140 bill that Samsung is to cover under the warranty, which also was pre-confirmed before we ever made the appointment.
Apparently Samsung didn’t update the fine to reflect the item was in warranty. So in Service Quick's system it shows as out of warranty - thus owing the cash.
Samsung updated the correct purchase date and communicate, but the woman on the phone was a complete jerk to my husband.
We are still without a replacement door because of Samsung, but we ordered it and will install ourselves.
This company should be reported even further for their decorum. Be nice to your customers and take care of them; otherwise, why are you in business? -
They have been here working on my ice maker since August. It is now December. They are continually replacing parts in my ice maker and it continues to perform unsuccessfully and they want me to cover the costs again for their mistakes

Scheduled a refrigerator troubleshoot for a Samsung refrigerator. They scheduled it for 12/26. They call and tell me they can't do that appointment which they picked. They rescheduled the appointment for 1/2. They send a text to confirm yesterday. They send me a text at 12pm to tell me their tech called in sick so they appointment was canceled. Call Samsung and they're useless. They call Service Quick to find out about the appointment. My new appointment is set for 1/9. I'm going to buy a new refrigerator. If they ever show up maybe they'll fix it. It will be in the garage until then next to the 14 year old Whirlpool the Samsung flex fridge was suppose to replace. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The worst possible repair company any brand can partner with. I have a repair call for my Samsung fridge through Samsung. They sent me to them. They took $140 from me for a diagnosis they never showed up to the house for, because they decided I need a part that they ordered without even coming to my house. I insisted for them to come to my house to diagnose the issue. They are dishonest, lazy, deceiving, and have the worst customer service.

Basically a scam service along with Samsung. Samsung refers you to them to handle warranty claims and they charge you $200 before they come out in order to handle a warranty claim. What kind of a warranty service is that! Samsung refrigerators are trash and this service is basically a money grab disguised as a warranty answer for Samsung. I would never recommend buying a Samsung refrigerator to anyone.

Impressively poor service.
Tech refused to install the part he had been sent with.
Tech spoke over me and refused to acknowledge that it made no sense for Samsung to send them the replacement door, and then to send a tech to our home to replace it, only for the tech to then claim the issue was non existent.
We have been dealing with this situation since May. -
Customer/Service Support is well below what a reasonable person would deem acceptable. Status updates had to be sought out by the customer (me) throughout what has been a 2 month process. The remaining task, a replacement of a door shelf that the service tech broke, has been in suspense for 4 weeks! Customer/Service Support is telling me (after several repeated, and unanswered, attempts to get an update) that they haven't received the part yet.....a $60 item that I can get from Amazon in 2 days. One cannot help but interpret their inaction as an attempt to frustrate the customer, to the point of them eating the cost by buying it themselves, which I intend to do.
Before he departed, the first tech that visited, told me that they could not silence the persistent alarm that was occurring (4 chimes, every 50 seconds) while the parts (new freezer door, and hinge bracket) to repair the error were received. The refrigerator is in an RV, so I had already researched remedies for the alarm, with no success. I had to deal with that noise for over 3 weeks, while waiting for the parts and an appointment to install them. The first thing that the second tech did upon arrival, was to silence the alarm, why couldn't the first tech do that? Border line incompetence, expertise and/or concern was exhibited.
There is no way that I could recommend this company, even for warranty work!! -
It's ironic that their name is Service "Quick" . Other than their technician trying to get out of your house as quickly as possible, there's nothing "quick" about them. They have anemic customer service skills, no sense of urgency, and no follow-through. They will verbally give you an appointment date, however will change that date to a later date in the follow-up text confirmation.
It's a real shame that this is a company Samsung has decided to partner with for service on Samsung appliances purchased from Home Depot. The horrific experience with Service Quick was enough to deter anyone from purchasing Samsung appliances in the future. -
An appointment was made through choice home warranty. The date schedule with time between noon and five. He never arrived he never called the next day , he texted and said he had a baby and he would reschedule , and I could pick up any time. Arranged for the following monday between eleven and three. Wayne called me at 144 to confirm , he was leaving virginia at that time and he'd be there in two hours. He never arrived, he never called.I had him on some type of on arrival tracker through the warranty company. And as I followed it , his times cut getting later and later , he never arrived , and it was five forty five. I ended up calling the warranty company at 6 o'clock and I asked to be reassigned. He never showed he never called. He never texted.
THEREFORE , AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. -

No shows for three days. Went to Home Depot, figured out the problem and fixed it. I called HSC warranty to tell them about it.
-
I worked with Sears for 2 weeks for a fridge repair. I called these guys on a Friday and my fridge was fully functional the next day.
-
I wish I could give Eric 0 Stars. I totally got ripped off went 2 months with no freezer or ice maker. Charged $238 and never fixed a dam thing. Couldn’t get him to come back and finish the job he has more excuses than you could imagine. Very poor customer service and over charges. He should be ashamed of himself

The water would not drain out of my Kenmore washer. I called Appliance Doctor-tech said it was the computer and would take a couple of days to get the part in...ok...after several calls from me asking where the heck the part is and TWO WEEKS LATER, he installed the "new" motherboard. Without testing the washer, he told me to run it through a couple of cycles and let him know if it wasn't working. Sure enough, first cycle the dang machine was buzzing and whistling. I called and he said the new motherboard was probably bad. WHAT? He would have to order another one. Two more weeks have gone by, several phone calls have gone unanswered and I'm out $200. I suspect that the "new" motherboard was a refurbished part and he knew damn well that my washer was not going to work. These rip offs need to be shut down!
