My experience working with Beach Appliance was amazing! The person who helped me schedule my service call was very helpful and friendly. The technician who came out to my business for the repair was professional, insightful and fixed my dryer issues with no disruption to my business (spa) at all. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would certainly call them back if I were to experience any other appliance issue.

Beach Appliance Service is the ONLY appliance repair company I will ever use! Shawn is THE BEST. I've had him out 3-4 times and he is always prompt, communicative, and kind/professional. He gives his best advice as to what you need even if it means he doesn't do the work - which I appreciate his honesty! I trust them with all my appliance repair needs! Also, the kindest woman ever greets you on the phone which makes the whole experience working with them wonderful from the start :)

Beach Appliance Service was GREAT to work with. This is the 2nd time in just a few months our Dryer needed fixed (different issue) and the prior service we went with was an awful experience. All correspondence was via email/chat which made it easy while I was at work. The service Technician, Shawn was professional, nice, explained things to us, showed us the part that was broke and the service was quick. Shawn was a real pleasure to have as a technician. I will never contact another company to do my repairs.

I can't say enough! Shawn is WONDERFUL!!! Personable, kind, very communicative, and so honest and fair. He's helped us with our fridge a few times now, and I can honestly say I've never had someone work on any home I've lived in, that made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Especially as a female, while alone in my home. He explained everything and I felt like we were old friends! Beach Appliance Service was a joy to work with from start to finish. When I reached out to schedule a diagnosis just before Labor Day weekend, Linda answered and gave me 5 star treatment. She explained their whole process to me and set a date for the technician to come out. Come the following Tuesday, Shawn reached out to me to coordinate exactly what time that day he could come take a look at my faulty oven. Once the time was set, he was there on time with a friendly and approachable attitude. He took a look and broke down the issue in a very easy to understand way and even made good small talk while we were trying to replicate the issue.

Once the issue was found he gave me a fair quote and left open flexibility for if I wanted to shop around. He reached out the next day when the part was available for pick up and said he would head right over if I was good with the price and time. He came in and got right on it.

Zero complaints about this company and I will absolutely use them for all future appliance issues. Stop shopping around reading reviews, you already stumbled onto the right LLC for the job!

I’ve been in my home for over 45 years Beach Appliance Service LLC is one of the best if not “the “ best service provider I have ever had.. They were recommended by a neighbor. When I called to arrange for them to come and address a problem I was having with the ice maker In my refrigerator, the office manager was very cordial, informative & professional and able to arranged a service call at my convenience.
When Shawn arrived 3 days later , he was the same
friendly & efficient .He immediately was able to recognize the problem and correct it in a timely manner.
He had a professional manner that was so reassuring. I would not hesitate to call them again .
The cost was reasonable .!!!!!
In this world today it’s not often you can use the word exceptional ,but the service this company provided would meet that criteria . .

Shawn is absolutely amazing. He repaired our Maytag Bravos XL washer and even provided my husband with instructions fixing a common issue regarding that particular brand.

The repair was reasonably priced and we are extremely grateful with the service we received.

Shawn checked my GE dryer this morning. He admitted it needed no work or parts. He explained what the stains were on the drum and advised which settings to use. He also cleaned the dryer vents inside and outside. He explained so many things to me in detail. He was very honest and professional. I highly recommend this company to service appliances. Thank you Shawn. It was a delight meeting you.

Had a phenomenal experience working with Shawn and Linda.

Scheduling and initial coordination for services (provided model/serial numbers via email for appt prep) went smoothly with Linda. She apprised me of expenses for diagnosis and application of that cost to repair/part fees.

Shawn called ahead and gave me near by-the-second accurate prediction of when he'd arrive with significant lead time, which I found more than ideal. When he arrived, he made quick work of both mechanical assessments of the failures AND the repairs. In addition to that, he let me know some solutions to additional problems that I could take care of myself, even pointing me towards affordable tools to accomplish them.

When I'd made jokes about replacing the lot of my appliances if they were all gonna fail at once, he said, yeah you could do that, but the models you have here are reliable for XX reasons and each should have XX more years of function in them without need for repair. Which I thought was incredibly helpful and a reflection on his knowledge and capability.

I cannot recommend them enough.

Mark the technician was thorough with the job to fix my refrigerator. He also gave me some good information about water filters.

He never returns calls or does what he says he is going to do. said he fixed issue and did not nor did he call me back after several messages

Wow same as everyone else. Took our money and said he was ordering parts and never returned. Also home warranty coverage and had to use someone else who actually cares. Won’t return calls or calls from the home warranty company. DO NOT USE

My service request was for a washing machine repair. The representative fixed one of the issues just fine, but I had two issues that needed attention. My complaint is my rep took NO responsibility for the 2nd issue. At his first visit, we were both caught up in the 1st issue where a part needed to be ordered and he would return to replace it, he left, returned in 2-days with the part and fixed issue #1. I forgot to mention the 2nd issue again in person, my fault, but I also thoroughly listed the 2nd issue on my initial service request they received. I believe they need to take some responsibility in ensuring they have captured all that our service request entailed (that's good business). Even if he met me half-way, so I'm not paying the full price again for another service visit and he was not willing to do that. I'm no more perfect than he is, but are they even taking the time to read the service requests we submit to ensure they capture all the details? Apparently not.

Mark was very prompt, courteous and neat! He installed my new icemaker and did a great job! I highly recommend.

Was sent out by my home warranty company. Came out, collected his service fee, told me my fridge needed a part. Didn’t respond to anyone (not me, not the warranty company, not other people calling) for 5 weeks. Got another company to come out- DIDNT need a part, the drain line was clogged & frozen. 5 weeks with a fridge not cooling properly, not able to keep things cold… smh.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Mark came out to service my refrigerator and I am having the same issue. I have been trying to contact him for over a month now and he fails to respond to my voicemails and text messages. My warranty company has tried to get in touch with him as well and no answer! So unprofessional, DO NOT use this business because he just collects the money and after that does not respond!
