Very easy to make an appointment, with a courteous and professional and very informative person taking the call. The technician arrived on time, wearing a high quality respirator mask and gloves to avoid any concerns of COVID-19 infection. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator problem, keeping me informed on what he was doing all along the way. I'm very impressed and would definitely call Beach Appliance Service again.

Shaun came tonight and fixed our dryer. Very professional and knowledgeable. Heating element was bad on our maytag dryer and he had the part on hand. Even took the time to take a look at our hood lights even though he doesn't work on them and point me in a direction for parts.

I highly recommend Beach Appliance Service. Shawn was on time,diagnosed the problem with our gas oven, had the part with him, and replaced it within minutes for a very fair price. Simply the best appliance service we've used.

Wonderful interaction with the sweetest woman who took my call. Although they were unable to help (my tenant was requesting someone come out immediately and BAS understandably didn’t have availability) I was given the number to a repair man who might have availability today. Excellent customer service and I will be saving BAS’s number for all my future needs!

Beach Appliance repair was top notch. they took the information and Shawn had an idea what would be needed for the repair and brought it with him. First I would like to say I love that they change their answering machine with the current date letting me know they actually check their messages. The company called me back promptly and set up an appointment. Day of they let me know a window of when they would be there and were very accurate and gave me a heads of if exact time when they were on the way. I don’t know a lot about appliances which sometimes makes it easy for a mechanic to throw parts at you. This company explained the cost of the repairs and also explained with the life expectancy of my appliance it could not be worth it. They made it a very relaxing and trusting experience. Highly recommend if you need assistance to give them a call.

First-rate service...fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! Linda was very helpful over the phone, and Shawn arrived the next day ready to fix our Frigidaire refrigerator, with all the needed parts on hand. Our fridge was back up and running in very little time. I will definitely reach out to them again for future large appliance repairs.

Was in a bind with my tenants as their washing machine had broke 10days ago leaving the drum full of water without draining. Had originally scheduled a repair with Sears Home Appliances, but after waiting 1week for the appointment availability, they not only made us wait around all day, but rescheduled at 6:30pm and pushed it out another 7 days (which I then cancelled). Scrambling, I called Beach Appliance. Linda was as nice and accommodating as can be, they understood the urgency, and worked us in 2 days later. Shawn was super professional.. called first thing with the window, then again 30 minutes out, then again with the description of the problem/fix. Extremely reasonable pricing and very honest service (e.g. was just a loose wire... someone else might have said to replace the motor/circuit board). Highly recommend Beach Appliance!!!

Highly recommend, our dryer is purring like a kitten again. Appointment was able to be scheduled within the week of calling, Shawn did great work and went above and beyond what was expected. Extremely fair price and great experience overall.

Awesome! I really needed my refrigerator fixed quickly and Shawn made it happen. I called to make an appointment at about 3:30pm and by 7 pm it was up and running. His wife was so nice on the phone and with my description of the problem, Shawn picked up the suspected replacement part and had my refrigerator repaired within about 20 minutes of his arrival. Yes, I paid a little extra for the emergency service, but it was very reasonable considering other companies weren't even going to come to diagnose the problem for 2 or 3 days, and then they would have had to order the part. It was well worth it...and I really liked giving my business to such a friendly, knowledgeable and professional husband and wife run small business.

I emailed Beach Appliance Service and got a prompt response. They “do not service LG Appliances” at least as of this writing, but they gave me a list of folks who could! That’s just being courteous, a quality often lacking these days. 5 stars for excellent customer service. Thank you!

This is a locally, family owned business. Shawn, with a wealth of experience, came to fix our refrigerator/ freezer that had a variety of issues. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues and replaced a broken ice dispenser on the spot. Shawn was very personable and professional. He took the time to provide insight into the problems and how they began in the first place. After he left, the new ice dispenser did not function properly. Shawn came back to our house in a short period of time, diagnosed the issue (wouldn't have known about it at time of installation) and fixed it free of charge. The costs were reasonable and the service charge was included in the repair/labor fees. I highly recommend this service and Shawn!

Beach Appliance Service was outstanding. Shawn was nice to deal with and very honest. He came out and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher then advised on the options I had regarding the parts I needed. When the parts came in, Shawn came back out and completed the repair. He got me up and running pretty quickly.

Would recommend 100%. I was having some problems with my ice maker. While it turned out to be not a big problem, I was weary as a first time home owner, not knowing how to fully diagnose the problem. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get someone out to me promptly. Shawn was professional, kind, trustworthy, and honest. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and appreciated his advice. Will definitely be using Beach Appliance in the future for any appliance needs!

If I could give more stars I would. I was scammed by a different company that left my already broken refrigerator in an even worse shape. After calling and setting up an appointment, Shawn responded to my house the very next day and fixed my refrigerator. Very very very polite and professional!!
