This company doesn't warranty their parts past 30 days and their labor past 90. Go with any other company. Check out Sears appliance repair. Much more professional

Very responsive customer service, quick appointment, reasonable pricing. Right after the Christmas Day they fixed our LG washer dryer combo replacing the drain pump. Highly satisfied.

They should vet their drivers A LOT better. My husband and I just got cut off and cussed at by one of their drivers because I guess we pulled off from the red light to slow for his liking. When he cut us off we had to drive off the road to not get hit and we had our 4 month old baby in the car. I hope they do the right thing and fire that driver. He will give this company a bad name.

Microwave blew out and my warranty company recommended this company. Appointment setter was very efficient, respectful and answered all of my questions and concerns. My technician Eric was on time, professional, productive, courteous, and knowledgeable of his trade. He also adhered to all Covid-19 guidelines.

Our warranty company assigned RDTTS to repair our dishwasher. It was not repairable so the company replaced it. We used RDTTS to install our new dishwasher. The ENTIRE process from dealing with the warranty company(insert explicits!) to getting RDTTS to come out to replace it was SO MUCH LESS painful because of Shannon and Gene, the technician. Shannon went above and beyond her job to communicate and help us out. Thank you for making it possible for me to get my dishwasher set up before the holidays! We will be using RDTTS for all our appliance repair needs.

RDTTS has been the best and most helpful company we've found in the 3 years we've had American Home Shield. Each technician has been on time or early, and they are profoundly helpful in troubleshooting and repairing our appliances. I wish they worked on other components around the house because I would simply use them for everything. Honestly, if you have appliance issues, you don't need to look anywhere else. Give RDTTS your business and you will not be disappointed.

My dryer stopped heating, and I put a warranty claim in. I was contacted within an hour or two and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician was prompt and came with the expected parts and was able to quickly fix the dryer. Would highly recommend!

Eric is AMAZING!!! I can not recommend this company enough! Everything was so fast & easy from the 1st phone call with the front desk,scheduling, to getting the repairs. Everyone is so super nice! Ask for Eric! 😁 Showed up on time & fixed the washer issue when Sears could not for 6 weeks. If u use a home warranty, you should request this company. If not, I would call here first. First technician came out to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher because it was dumping water in our kitchen. He said he had to order the parts for the dishwasher then they would come back to fix it. Days later a different technician showed up and had no idea what was going on. He was asking me questions which I had a hard time answering since I don't know how to repair a dishwasher. He didn't even want to replace all the parts because he "felt" like it didn't need to be done. I convinced him to since clearly the first repair man felt the need to order the parts. After repair our dishwasher is having issues it did not have prior to repair from the company. I was under the impression that they were coming today but apparently they didn't think that it had anything to do with the installation and that's what they told our home warranty company so they sent someone not equipped to even look at our dishwasher. Waste of time. Very unprofessional and will not recommend them to anyone or use their service again.

Came and "fixed" my dryer through my warranty company. Same problem again (not heating) less than 45 days layer but after their "30 day warranty" period. Either buying used parts or cheap Amazon parts to fix anything. I've had this dryer for almost 7 years and not a problem until now. Definitely won't be using this company again!

RDTTS was out today to fix my DW and Dryer. Shawn was fantastic. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions with patience and understanding. I recommend them anytime!!

Eric came to fix the dryer today! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and immediately put me at ease after having problems and delays with another repair company for the past couple months. He was friendly and explained to me what happened with the dryer. It was tested and fixed before he left. He even threw in some pets for my attention starved cat. Not sure how much everything was since my husband arranged the service. I would recommend using this company again!

Chris from “The Fridge Guy” was fantastic to work with. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, which saved a lot of time, and when he arrived, he was fast, efficient, and got everything fixed quickly.
