This company is excellent from the representative answering the phone to the technicians! They were affordable, responsive and understanding! Highly recommended!

The person who worked on my refrigerator came 3 times and never fixed it. I paid over $300.00 for nothing.. Worst experience ever.. I would not recommend this company to my enemy

Ice maker was there two weeks. I called twice with no return phone call. Today.....two weeks later it still hasn't even been looked at. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

B&R repaired my dishwasher last week. This is the second time I have used them. Two different appliances. They were excellent both times. I highly recommend!

We had a heating element go out on the oven. We told them that. They told us it would be $69.99 for the service call and that would go towards any labor. Total charge was $197.00!! The part is $13.99 online. I called to find out why it cost $200.00? The rude secretary told me it was $69.99 + $75.00 labor + $52.00 for the part! Ripoff. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace an element.

B&R has always been my go to for appliance parts and repairs. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their services.

Good service, guy named Dylan came twice and fixed both issues with no problem. Super cute and respectful. Might call again just to see him

We have used B & R for many years. They come, they repair, and their price is reasonable. $138 to clean dryer, new hose, cleaned vent. Other places with a discount were MUCH higher. We will continue to use B & R in the future.

The techs who came out were so kind and did their very best to troubleshoot and even when they were stumped they preserved and solved the problem quickly repairing my dryer. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Definitely recommend.

Secretary is extremely rude. Hung up on me and was very disrespectful. A work order was put in, back in January and I was just contacted about it a day or so ago. Got angry when I told her we got someone else to fix it because they took too long lol I guess her feelings got hurt because THEY took too long. Worst company ever. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Super nice people with great service. Whether you need in-home repairs or choose to purchase just parts for your DIY, I've been using B&R for 30 years and they are my go-to for parts and service.

Brad and Larry are so knowledgeable! Very customer focused and willing to go above and beyond to help your appliances back in service. Cannot recommend their services enough! These are truly kind, skilled and professional people!

We used B & R previously for a repair to our refrigerator and were very impressed with the technician. This week, our dryer stopped working and we called B & R. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, told us the cost to fix (which was very resonable) and did the repair. We will definitely use B & R for our next appliance repair and will recommend them to our friends.

Great repair company that I have used on many occasions. Although they were unable to get the job done most recently, they did not charge for time and materials (easily could have charged me and not looked back), and instead made a recommendation for another company that specialized in the specific brand. Good service and good ethics go a long way!

The receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude. I asked for a phone call 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house during the 4 hour window given so I could make it home to meet them. She said they prefer to give a 15 minute notice because they can't stop in the middle of a job to call me. And that if I thought about it it would make sense to me. I have used B&R in the past and they have been great but if they person answering the phone is going to give me a hard time and be rude, there are plenty of other vendors that would like my business.

My Grandmother called this business to get our washing machine checked out as she felt it was shaking too much. She was told that it would be 59.99 for the service man to come to the house and if there was a problem she would be informed and could then decide to pay for the extra parts and labor it would take to fix the issue. Sounds reasonable.
Let me start by saying that she felt the repair man that came to our house was very pleasant and helpful. After a few minutes of inspection he stated that there was "nothing wrong with the washer." He then told her that he adjusted the foot on the bottom of the washing machine so that it sat evenly on the tiles. He did not inform her that for this service, he would be charging an extra 70 dollars for labor. As she payed with credit card and did not look at the bill, she unknowingly payed a total of 129.99 dollars for this visit. After realizing this she called to discuss the matter with the company. She felt the lady she spoke to was rude as she stated, "Did he fix the problem?" she said "well, yes" and then the lady said nothing. She then said that he was only there a couple of minutes and it seems very poor customer service to not be fully informed before being charged. She was told that if the problem on took him 5 minutes the charge is for a full hour and with that she ended her call.
I will not do business with the company ever again. In retrospect I think they took advantage of my 84 year old grandmother and handled themselves in an unprofessional manner. If there was nothing wrong with the washing machine, we should not have been charged an extra 70 dollars for labor. If the little foot under the washing machine needed to be adjusted he could have simply informed us that he thought this was the issue and given us the option to have him adjust it for 70 dollars. I would have happily twisted the foot to a level height and I would not have charged an 84 year old woman 70 dollars to do so. But this option was not given.
The message here is that I hope you are very clear with your service repair person if you utilize this company. Otherwise, you will be taken for more money then you think and treated rudely if you inquire as to why.
