Brian Williams, owner, of Shoreline was extremely prompt in getting our 21 year old Sears Kenmore checked out, parts ordered, and replaced in no time! He is not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable in appliances, having worked for a major appliance repair place for over 25 years! I would reccommend him to everyone. These days, it is hard to find someone you don't know that you can trust doing what they say they are going to do and know what they are talking about. I would use him again in a second!

Brian is hands down the best at what he does! He has fixed our 30yr old washer that runs like new now and he has fixed our dishwasher and oven element as well! Great quality work done in timely manner, and very punctual. I will surely recommend his business.

I recently called Brian at Shoreline to take a look at my Maytag Centennial washing machine that made a loud squealing noise and immediately stopped agitating. Brian did a fantastic job repairing our Maytag washer. I was ready to throw it away before he got here. We will definitely be calling him again. Hopefully for something else and not our washing machine.

nt. My dryer is old so he didn’t carry the part . He was very quick to schedule an appointment time to come out and look at my older dryer. I told him I thought it was a heating element or a thermostat problem.
He stated he didn’t carry those parts.
When he arrived at my home he had gone out and bought both parts so he could fix it in one appointment.I have never had better customer service on any of my appliances

I recently had Brian check out my non-working dishwasher. After checking several possible causes, he determined it was a bad board that needed replaced. Due to the to difficulty finding the board, the cost was high. Brian honestly said that the total cost for parts and labor would approach more than half the price of a new appliance. I appreciated his honesty and he recommended some reliable replacements. I would highly recommend Brian based on his honesty, reasonable pricing for the diagnosis and his promptness. I would definitely call Shoreline again for any other repairs.

Brian certainly well worth contacting. Although, he was pretty much booked this week he still was able to fit me in the day I called. I called for my dryer but he ended up fixing an issue with my fridge at a very reasonable price and his customer service skills are exceptional. I will definitely keep his number handy.
