As many other reviewers have stated, Brian is a top notch technician. He is knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and an all around nice guy. It took him about .000342 seconds for him to figure out my washing machine's issue, then went and grabbed the necessary parts to fix it. It took him maybe 20-30 minutes to do his repair, then he was on his way!

I called Brian because I couldn't figure out the problem myself espite all.my efforts. Described to him all errors. Troubleshooting efforts and problems associated, over the phone he was able to troubleshoot and let me know the simple fix to get my appliance up.and running. Original issue was the MCU not working. So I replaced that, but in the process I ad misfires a circuit board and one connector was misplaced. A quick swap and it was working wonderfully again
