We called and called and called. They didn't even have the decency or courtesy to return numerous calls.

They came out to look at my unit told me they needed to order the fan motor told me to pay my warranty deductible and they would order the part and they never came back my A/c unit is still not working.And they won't answer or return my call. Don't use them they're not reliable

Caleb and team were quick to respond and very professional. Matt was super professional and located the issue and took care of it right away. He was very thorough with explaining the issue and how to fix it! I definitely recommend Green Run Heating and Cooling !!!!!

Didn't do a thorough diagnostic (never checked anything inside the house: ducts, air flow, etc.) Only checked outside unit and said everything was fine, but it's still 90+ degrees in the house. Do not use use them, you can find better companies that will do a thorough job.

DO NOT USE THEM! These people are contracted through Diamond Springs Apartment and they are incompetent. Had one person come last month for my HVAC and I’m now having the same issue with my HVAC and the second person they sent out is rude as hell and exudes piss poor customer service. Not sure how you don’t speak to the people whose home you are in but they do not have any respect for your money.

Two very nice men showed up and worked for hours in our very hot crawl space. The men were on time. The company could not schedule to come out two weeks from the time my landlord called for an appointment.

Reckless driver moving 45+ in a 25mph school zone with school buses present.

Stay away from this company!!! Ask home warranty for another company before dealing with this company. They will start the job, do the bare minimum say they will have to come back out and you will never see/hear from them again. They don’t answer or return calls. Even the home warranty company had difficulty with contacting them. When the home warranty company finally heard back they lied and said I missed my appointment and that they called me numerous of times but I never answered.

My friend and I have been out of AC since the end of February and we were having communication issues with our apartment complex regarding having it fixed and what the issue was. 2 guys (I didn’t catch their names but they were really cute) arrived around 9am and worked diligently until almost 5. They didn’t plan for it to take that long to fix, but our ac is now blowing cold air for once! Thank you whoever you guys are, y’all are lifesavers! 10/10, would recommend

The absolute worst experience of my life and I’m a class A contractor and I have used hundreds of HVAC companies.
Been out of town on business and my air condition goes bad. Not bad per se but has issues. My 13-year-old daughter and my neighbor we’re at my house calling me telling me what a jerk the technician was. He told them He would not go into the attic until tomorrow when it was cooler. This was at 2 PM. I told my 13-year-old to tell him he hast to go check the air handler in the attic to make sure everything is fixed. When she asked him if he was going to go into the attic he said you want air condition right. This was after he told her he would be coming back tomorrow because it was too hot. It is now eight hours after the fact And my air condition is still at 80°. I would not recommend this company if it was free.

I asked them for an estimate for a new HVAC system. Instead the technician came along and “did something” that I did not request. Of course they charged me $100 for the call when all I wanted is an estimate for HVAC replacement.

Also ran my credit card 2 weeks later. I was completely taken by surprised.

Don’t recommend.

Company work van was driving at excessive speeds in a 25 mph zone. Not a good look for a business when you are putting people at risk because you are in some sort of hurry.

I did not use Green Run Heating and Cooling because Caleb couldn't find the time ( at his earliest convenience) to return my call. I gave over 24 hours waiting for a return call. using the excuse (via text) , that he promptly replied to , that all calls are returned at his convenience and he was out all last week. So apparently the business comes to a stand still around Caleb. I am not completely sure why him being gone the previous week stops a call from happening Monday?
Under previous leadership Green Run Heating and Cooling was much more professional and responsive.

Been dealing with Green Run Heating and Cooling for 30 years when Delmas had it. Passed it on to his sons Kevin and Brian. Fantastic guys to deal with top-notch company. Follow through with the job fair pricing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a new gas furnace and A/C condensing unit installed at a rental property today by Green Run Heating and Cooling. We went with this company based on the overall cost, the 10-year product warranty and the company's customer service. The install team arrived on time, laid down tarps to protect the carpet at my property, and relocated my tenants' items so they wouldn't be damaged. Everything was put back in place when they completed the job. Please don't hesitate to give Brian a call.
