I know this company does quality work and his prices are more than fair. Chris Melendez stands behind his work and dedicated to always doing a great job for his customers.

Technicians were not professional and did not give much in the way of customer satisfaction or confidence.

These technicians were prompt, efficient and courteous. They installed a 2system heating and air conditioning unit plus a gas fireplace and they did it all in a day and a half.
My gas and electric bills have gone down noticeably and I couldn't be happier.
Recommend them highly!

The company did an amazing job, in and out in just a few hours replacing my furnace. Not 5 minutes later I can actually feel my toes in my house again! Highly recommend for anyone needing their services.

I wish I would have had as great of an experience as the rest of the people who have left reviews. Ductman installed the HVAC for our new construction which was supposed to come with a 1 year warranty. In the middle of winter we were not getting any heat downstairs so I called for assistance. Given we had a newborn at home I tried to express how urgent it was we got help. Instead of help, we got pushed to the side. I have been trying for months to get someone to come out and help us and keep getting told “I will call you back” with no phones calls or “If you haven’t heard from me by Tuesday, give me a call” and then no answer.

At no surprise to me, our warranty is almost up and still have not gotten any help. The best part is that I see their trucks one street down from my house installing the HVAC for another new construction.

Thanks for nothing, guys. If you’re looking for someone reliable do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Furnace went out on what seems like the coldest day so far this year. Chris answered our call and promptly sent out a technician to review the issue and provide an estimate. They were able to order and install the part quickly for a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again if we had another HVAC issue.

Ductman installed our 2 ac units through our builder 2.5 years ago. On April 6 we called multiple times and on April 7 we called multiple times. I didn't get a phone call back until my builder called and I put a review on a website. The owner was rude and disrespectful when he finally spoke to me. He said he would send someone out on April 10 after being unprofessional. The unit was too cold to test. We were told someone would come back out April 11 and he never showed. We contacted the owner again and was told someone would come out April 14. They found something wrong with a part that was under warranty. They ordered the part and came back out April 17 to fix it. They charged us $345. It is now April 20 and our ac is not working again. The owner called after leaving messages and said we are all the way in Suffolk and we will just have to get someone else to come fix it, then hung up on my husband! We paid for our ac to be fixed and it's not fixed. They stole $345 from us and left us with a non-working ac unit that they installed initially and supposedly fixed!

My ECM Motor crapped itself and my ductwork was causing issues. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC companies. The first was outrageously high, the rest were reasonable. Not only did Ductman give the best deal out of all of them, but they are class acts. Everyone was respectful, a pleasure to work with, and they got the job done in a timely fashion with a great quality of work. My house heats even better now than before. 10/10 I absolutely recommend them.

I began noticing issues with my HVAC system about a week ago. My system wasn’t cooling my house, and then today I noticed the coil attached to the fan unit was frozen over.

I immediately began searching for an HVAC company, paying close attention to the reviews.
A-1 caught my attention, so I reached out and spoke to Ray who attentively listened as I explained what was happening. Afterwards, he provided feedback on possible causes/solutions, pitched me an estimated quote & scheduled me for same day service. A huge plus! I had previously called the company who installed my system but their first available wasn’t until sometime in July, which was entirely too long of a wait time for me!
But A-1 was responsive. From the initial call to them arriving to my home to investigate & fix the problem was all done in less than 2 hours.

In the process they answered all of my questions, as well as thoroughly explained the issue & what they were doing to fix it. Furthermore, very nice & professional, and courteous enough to mind house rules. And the biggest, most important thing for me is that they DID NOT CHARGE ME AN ARM & A LEG. A-1 is a top-tier HVAC company that I highly recommend to anybody in search of HVAC servicing needs. I know I will only do business with this company moving forward.
