Gerald is a guy if you’re looking for Honest and professional , I have a mini split unit on my shop, 4 other technicians came to find the problem every one of them jus put frion on it an get paid an leave, Friend of mine give me Gerald number , he came in i told the story for the ac unit he ran the test , an find the leak it was the inside unit itself , and suggested that my unit was 4 year old to contact the manufacturer and to replace the unit , and i got new unit , he came back installed, ran test again and is been 3 weeks running as pro , checked my house unit was low on frion filled it up running great If you are looking for honest guy an professional Gerald is the guy.

Mr Kearney came to my home to perform Winter Heating Service on my AC/Heat pump system. He went over the entire system in detail and explain to me that he will have to return in a couple days to replace a "Fan" on my AC Unit. As usual Mr. Kearney is very professional and courteous and I an very satisfied with his service.

Kearney’s was wonderful! He came out gave great customer service. He provided options and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. My AC issue was corrected effectively and efficiently the same day he came out. I will continue to use Kearney’s Heating & Air for all my HVAC needs!

Had a mold inspector come and tell us we had mold caused by our hvac system, quoted us a little over 2k to fix it and remediate. We decided to get a second opinion from an actual hvac person cause we weren't really seeing any mold, but then again what do we know. I did my research, looked up all the local hvac businesses, read reviews, took notes, etc. In the end we went with Kearney's Heating and Air Conditioning, I could not find a bad review on Google, NextDoor, etc for them.

Gerald did not disappoint either!! It wasn't mold, it was just dust and whatnot around some of the registers because they weren't sealed properly, mold inspector also claimed there was mold in the attic and one of the bathrooms. Gerald found no mold. He is honest, very knowledgeable, highly skilled, punctual, has an excellent disposition and character. He made sure we understood what actually needed to be done as well as things that would just be "nice to do." Very reasonably priced, and took his time explaining everything, wasn't rushing and left no stone unturned so to speak. He also educated us on hvac and mold, had pictures, air quality tester and everything. Gave us a couple recommendations to decrease probability of mold occuring. All we needed in the end was to have our system cleaned up good and some duct work repaired which he did while he was here.

I'll never call anyone else. :)

I have been using Kearneys for this past year and I've never trusted anyone as much as Gerald. He explains everything in detail and in the way that makes so much sense. I am not a HVAC tech, but he's tought me quit a bit. Very affordable, very hands on, I've called him and ask for advice and have never been given false responses. Gerald Kearney is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC technicians I have had the pleasure to work with! He took the time to figure out why my heating wasnt working. Gerald was amazing! He installed a motor for my furnace, was able to explain the need and the usage. He answered questions and was patient, and he looked around for better deals when replacing the motor. Prices were fair and affordable and there was a finance option also. Highly recommend!
