7 Services installed our heating and air conditioning systems years ago and have serviced them every since. We are in our 70s and this is the best company we have worked with for this purpose. They are prompt, efficient, professional and reliable. We recommend them highly without reservations.

William and his father are awesome! They are both professional and courteous. They will come out in your time of need even with very little notice. They even did my annual maintenance for a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to friends and family!

I have relied on 7 Services for several years for my annual system maintenance and have been very happy with their service. This spring I finally had to replace my 22-year old furnace/AC unit and I am so very glad I called on 7-Services again. They provided an array of options and clearly explained pros and cons versus price points of several systems. We are comfortable that we made the right choice for us. The installation and testing was done professionally and as scheduled in a single day. What a pleasure to find a company with people who enjoy and are proud of their work. They understand customer service and are a pleasure to work with.

We called 7 Services at the recommendation of our daughter who had a great experience with them a few months ago. Will came out and spent almost 3 hours doing our HVAC inspection, unclogging a drain in the AC, tuning in up and adjusting the furnace. We were very happy with his diligence and answering our questions. Great price too. Highly recommend.

I have used 7 services a few times in the last 6 or 7 years. Every time I call they are able to come the same day or the next day. I have never had a problem they couldn't fix quickly. I really trust Will and his crew and I've recommended them to several family members and friends, all of whom continue to thank me for the excellent referral. Do not have work done without calling 7 Services first, they are thorough and honest and a great value!

Bill and his 7Services team has been incredibly responsive. Installed a new unit (correct tonnage this time) and water heater in a hard to access attic on an incredibly hot day/week! Did the maintenance recently and everything is great. Highly recommended for knowledge, professionalism and very reasonable prices.

I have been a 7 Services customer going on 3 years now and I am so happy. Our first interaction with them was in the dead of summer 2017 when we needed our AC fixed. We called every number we could find for an AC repair men and none of them had time for us. We came across their number late in evening and they came out that very night and got our AC running. The owner Will is a Navy vet and said he wasn't going to leave us to suffer in the heat. We were so grateful we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. We ended up getting a brand new Carrier Furnace / AC installed by them last year and received an incredible deal on it. They also installed a tankless hot water heater for me when my old hot water heater started leaking. They are all very kind and respectful. My family and I really enjoy their company when they visit us for service. Best in the business!

Our A/C went out in the night during the heat wave, they came out the following morning and had it fixed by around 10am. Was able to schedule with just a quick phone call, and I'm incredibly thankful for the fast service!

Very disappointed in service which we’ve been using for years and had a maintenance contract. Our generator had not been working properly for over a year and was told it was fixed. However, red light continued to be on and I could not get a response to texts/phone messages. Two days ago we had a storm and lost power, called… still no response. Finally called another company who responded quickly and sent someone the next day. He was here for several hours and found that a wire was corroded ….. needless to say, we have changed services.
So disappointed in this company since I thought we had a relationship with father and son.

Paid for a full year maintenance plan on 2 systems they installed. When it came time for the annual service, no one picked up the phone, returned messages or answered texts. Eventually left messages for a refund and never got a response. Unreliable and no communication. Stay away

Previously used them 3 times. Called on June 28th 2025 and left msg on cell phone stating my capacitor in the compressor was blown and they had repaired it 7 years ago. At 2pm no contact so I texted stating I called and left msg and inquired when they could possibly come out. Not only was the msg never read whomever had the cell phone turned it off. According to the FTC if you advertise 24/7 service then you are required to respond. Check they advertise 24/7 service. I don't understand why they would come out 3 times before and not want my money now. Bad business.

I paid $99 for a heater inspection and repair from 7 Services, but the technician, Will, was unable to identify the issue. He assured me that if the problem returned, he would come back at no additional charge.

The issue persisted, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, he never followed through on his promise to return. I eventually requested a refund, but he completely ignored my messages.

If you're looking for reliable service and accountability, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money.

Logan from Kellam was extremely knowledgeable, personable and most importantly was able to quickly fix my heating system. With the weather being so cold, I was so thankful to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. Thanks Logan!

Kellam made an earlier appointment scheduling issue right and were able to fit me into the schedule at an appropriate time. Our technician Jamie came out first thing in the morning and gave our system a safety inspection and full once over. Very pleased that we were able to work this out.

Austin (electrician) - and this company - stand by their work at a great price, with reliable quality. I gave them a tough custom job and they followed it through even after some unexpected twists and turns. I'd choose them again!

Update: Jamie was here on 10/17 to fix my AC. He did a wonderful job. Was exceptionally thorough and made sure it stayed on for more than 20 minutes before leaving!! I will be requesting him for all future repairs.

Austin was very thorough with his electrical inspection and explained everything in layman’s terms. He was very personable and did not make me feel pressured to purchase services.

Justin was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He had it all fixed in a short time. He did a great job and I will request him every time for my boiler problems.

Kyle, went above expectations trouble shooting and repairing my electrical/HVAC system. Kyle was a pleasure to have in our home, honest and straightforward in our discussions; a consummate professional that I highly recommend. I plan to continue to rely on Kyle and Kellam for all future HVAC and electrical needs.

Kellam was quick to help us when we needed a new water heater quickly. Specifically, Ben Roberts was a fantastic technician giving us great service and really going above and beyond to ensure we were all set up. We are grateful for kellam and Ben for all the work!

I had a heating diagnostic done yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Justin D. (the HVAC technician). Not only was he thorough in checking every part of the system, but he also took the time to educate me on how everything works—something I really appreciated. His passion for the job was clear, and it made the whole experience feel more like a partnership than just a service call. I left the appointment feeling informed and confident in my system.
