Very pleased with the install of our new generator. Special thanks to Austin, Daniel, and Bobby. Austin listened to me and answered all my questions. He was patient, respectful and professional. Tyrone was very accommodating, polite and knowledgeable regarding my HVAC system. He wore shoe protectors within the house to protect our floors. Nice touch. I signed up for their maintenance program, because the heating side of my natural gas furnace is 22 years old.

Buck came to give me a quote on updating our plumbing. He was thorough and explained all the options and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and not pushy!

We had a great experience with this plumbing service. Ben, replaced my old water heater with a brand new he was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

Buck was great! Very personable and professional. Was able to get our water heater replaced the same day. He left the work area so clean it was like he was never there. Highly recommend Kellam and Buck!

Richard came out for a yearly maintenance inspection on my two furnaces. He took a full two hours carefully going over all of the components, taking numerous photographs, talking me through issues that he was able to identify, and preparing written recommendations and estimates.

A thorough job as I have come to expect from Kellam. This company continues to have great communication, and shows up when they say they are going to.

Originally had a new circuit put in and it was ok. After I had them come out to clear my kitchen sink - unfortunately the tech was unable to successfully clear the drain despite his best efforts. I did have to get a new company out to clear the drain, but Kellam worked with me and did not charge me for the call since they were unable to clear the drain. Overall it has been a positive experience with Kellam and they do work to make sure they are fair in their practices

Kyle was professional, prompt and courteous. I had an exterior light replaced and he was able to quickly complete the installation of the new fixture. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Nora was very polite and helpful during that process. Kyle did a great job and I’ll be contacting Kellam again for my future electrical needs. Thank you!

Kevin Daly came out for maintenance and he was great! He helped us figure out why our new HVAC system was keeping up when it was cold outside, and he was able to fix it quickly. We appreciate the great service!

A HUGE Thank You Terrace!

I live in a 61 year old house in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake and our cast iron main drain line failed and needed replacement with PVC. This was a major job and Kellam immediately responded with a near-term availability to take on this job. The lead for the job was Dwayne "Buck" King and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Mr. King and his team showed each day up on time and they completed this major work within 2 days, with our potable water being restored quickly. My wife and I are very happy with the speed and efficiency of Buck's work. He's top drawer!

Kellam was able to accommodate my closing schedule. I received my report right away and my closing date was not impacted. The price was a little high for the service but they were the first to respond with an immediate opening. Logan was patient and explained to me what he was doing before and after. The service was great and I appreciate their help.

I was notified that Russell would be the service technician to resolve my electrical problems. Soon after being notified, he arrived. He was courteous and introduced himself. I invited him into my home. He listened to me when explaining my electrical problems. His responses to my questions were clear and informative. Overall I am very satisfied with his work.

Appreciate the rep reconnecting my garage GFCI electrical outlet. I purchased a new GFCI outlet due to my old one blowing from the connected Christmas decorations and rain earlier in the week. Unfortunately, I didn't have the connection done correctly. The Kellam electrical rep did a great job utilizing my newly purchased Home Depot GFCI outlet and getting it rewired at a cost of nearly $200. I appreciate the expertise and am confident it will work with no problems. A costly learning lesson for me but happy Kellam was able to alleviate my frustration and fix my mistake.

Both Brandon and Buck the previous day did a great job diagnosing and cleaning out the main drain. Also, the compassion shown for our financial situation cannot be overstated. We are so grateful!! Thanks so much, and we will not forget Kellam. Highly recommend!
