Very thorough and took the time to explain what services he preformed and the status of our system in terms I could understand. I loved that he came in and got right to work. It was a great value for what we paid. They are honest, hard working and a great local business!

7 Services is responsive, honest, friendly, and fully professional. William inspires trust and his technicians are knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, prompt and understanding. I've been a fully satisfied customer for 7 years, and very strongly recommend 7 Services.

They were prompt than most, just 14 minutes late. The service guys were really friendly, however the the capacitor was $208 and it had a few dings when I reopen the cover to examine it. Also, the part was more than competitors who sell between $40-$60, but their service call was only $79 which less than most companies that charge $100 hourly. I would recommend them regardless of the part cost.

Hurricane Matthew took out 1 of our 2, 24 year old Carrier Heat Pumps. Instead of repairing it or replacing the single unit, we opted to have 2 Green Speed units installed. The performance is impressive ! They stay in the dehumidify mode quite a bit which results in a steady stream of water from the condensation drain. The house is cooler and drier during these hot summer days than its ever been in the 23 years we've lived here. Very happy with 7 Services !

William installed a great system. Some initial problems with install that were quickly taken care of. If ever there is a miscommunication, William is quick to put best customer service ahead of extra income. Will definitely consider using again.

I was impressed with the speed they responded to my call for service. They are efficient and dedicated when they do the needed repairs. I will always call them when I need help. They are the best!!!! I've been struggling with a faulty HVAC since April and have jumped through hoops with my home warranty company in order to get it repaired. I requested an appointment and Will was at my home two hours later.

Since buying our 1st home and having these issues come up that we’ve never dealt with before, there aren’t many contractors, businesses or people that have been as kind and genuinely WANT to help people, as William. So many are more focused on price gouging and less concerned about helping others, but we really got lucky finding 7 Services. Will Jr. always does a great job. I have compared prices numerous times and 7 Services always comes in the lowest without sacrificing quality or professionalism. The company responds to inquiries quickly (even on weekends). I feel confident that I am being taken care of and not taken advantage of. Keep up this level of service and you will always have a customer (although I hope to not have to call often!).

I've used 7 services for repair and routine maintenance for a few years now and have always been satisfied with their work. Very experienced and knowledgable. Just had my system get routine maintenance again. They tested everything and everything is in fine condition, and got a thorough cleaning too. As I've said before, great service and I wouldn't switch to anyone else.

As a heating and cooling contractor from MN I did my research on 7 services. My son and daughter-in-law’s AC died on a 90f day and I wanted to find them a provider that was honest and reputable. My son was out of town on a business trip so my DIL called and left a message the next morning. She had a return call shortly after saying someone would be by the same afternoon. A simple maintenance item was the cause and charges were very reasonable. It is a relief in today’s world to find such exemplary service that 7 Services provided for a couple of new, young homeowners.
