I was preparing to buy a whole new system. In 30 minutes he had me up and running. Simply amazing. I asked him, how long before I need to replace the system? He responded, you don’t. He is extremely knowledgeable, does fantastic work and his pricing you can’t beat it. Most of all a rare trait, he is a honest man. My heating system is working better than it ever did! So happy I went with him.

Our AC stopped working and within an hour they came out to fix it. They were very polite, professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Called this morning because my A/C control panel was completely black, like no power to it. After doing the usual checks, called Mr Malin. He walked me through what to do (clogged evaporator drain) and my system was up and running again. Who does this? They do. Love you guys!

My unit underperformed and eventually failed because the return was undersized for the unit. Even after several trips and over a thousand dollars spent, 7 Services never addressed this issue.

Hampton Roads -- 7 Services is the company you want fixing your HVAC! They're prompt, professional, experienced, honest, and fairly priced. (I chose these words carefully -- they are truly ALL of these.) You'll feel like you had a trusted friend come over to perform the repairs instead of the usual swindler trying to upsell you on something. I will be recommending them to all my friends in the area and they will be the first call I make if my system ever hiccups again. I'm the type of person who endlessly searches the internet to find the right "fix" to whatever "problem" I'm trying to solve. I promise, you've found the right company with these guys.

I will be using these guys again should I need more AC services. I called on a Saturday and they came out so quickly when several other places I called couldn't come until Monday. The repairman was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I called this cold, snowy evening because my house temp had dropped 20 degrees - to 50! William helped me to troubleshoot my HVAC without having to make a visit. They've been totally dependable since we bought our system from them 10 years ago.

Not only are they friendly and prompt, they know what the heck they are doing. The guy ran our thermostat thingy like he invented it. The diagnosis of our problem was quick and a discussion of the fix with regard to affordability was determined. (It wasn't an emergency and I couldn't afford the fix immediately so we decided to wait.)

With house guest arriving in four days and temperatures soaring Seven Services installed a mini split system and had the house cool before the door bell rang. Always reliable and extremely knowledgeable I know Seven Services will take care of all my hvac needs honestly and professionally !
