I recently had the pleasure of working with R&R Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Brian and Jared handled the installation at my home, and they were nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, respected my space, and delivered top-notch workmanship. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with such a friendly and respectful attitude. Thanks to Brian and Jared, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. R&R was available when I needed them, and the tech (Colby) was very thorough, detailed, and competent. He was able to perform all recommended repairs on the spot. He explained and documented his findings everything really well and showed me how & why the repairs needed to be done.

The service technician did a very thorough job of checking the furnace system itself, as well as cleaning the filter. R&R has been servicing my HVAC system since it was installed by them 20 years ago. I would not consider going anywhere else.

R&R has provided consistently outstanding maintenance service on my heating and air systems, and today was no exception when my 55 year old furnace needed to be replaced. These guys are the best: knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and reliable - always willing to go the extra mile. They will always get my business!

30 year old furnace stopped producing heat. Karl texted and called before coming to my house. The photo was a nice touch. He promptly diagnosed the multiple issues with the system, quoted a reasonable price and was able to fix one of the issues immediately. He was friendly, courteous, efficient and effective. The rest of the parts needed are on order. I’ll update again when that work is complete. Would definitely recommend.

Sometimes it's difficult to find genuine customer service, today I saw first hand that it's wonderful when you do! Thank you Josh for your knowledge, expertise and patience! We have had the best service with R&R! I would recommend them if you need heating and/or air conditioning or service on your existing unit.

Jake, Rex and Tom were awesome. I’d have those guys work on my house anytime. I had a new furnace and AC installed (different guys on the install crew) and there were some minor issues I noticed afterward. R and R was quick to send out the A team to get everything set up just right. I appreciate their workmanship and attitude.

R & R heating has always taken care of our heating and cooling needs with speed and precision. Our technician Josh Jamison is a great example of exactly that, plus he was professional and friendly and answered any questions that I had about our heating system. Alban acted the problem in split system very quickly and correctly attached the vanes, Told him as I had told other techs for R&R basement area always seemed. Went into crawl space and found duct work was not corrected- no one else had seemed willing to explore to that extent. If I can get Alban will continue to work with R&R. I spoke to rep in you office via phone, recognized voice bet can't remember her name- excellent customer service skills,

Karl was delightful and super courteous. He did a wonderful job and got my fireplace working like new! 10/10 would recommend.

Josh was very knowledgeable about our furnace system. Tried to fix it but it was 23 years old. Perrin stepped in and suggested a new furnace would save us money in the long run. A week later Jared and his team mate installed our new furnace. They were very clean and did not leave a footprint on the floor. They put down tarps to protect the carpet and hardwood floors. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

R&R heating and air conditioning is a good company their secretary was very accommodating, rates are reasonable. Alban was prompt, clean and efficient he answered all our concerns and questions was very professional honest and ethical. We will definitely use them again

Tom from R&R did a great job! He was courteous and professional. He communicated prior to our appointment to let me know when he was on his way. He explained in detail what he was going to do before the installation of our water heater and he was efficient and timely with the installation, leaving no mess to be cleaned up afterward. He answered all my questions. Thanks for the great service!

Josh came out and serviced our furnace and humidifier. Super friendly, respectful and informative on our system. We have been using R&R for several years, including a full system upgrade and the service and price is great.

We had Tom Sanderson install a new hot water heater!
We had Tom add an ActiveFlow unit to the top of the tank! it’s a small round chrome unit that conditions water; it’s for scale prevention!
Our Valley water is so hard this unit will increase the life of our tank by eliminating scale!
The whole installation happened within two hours!

Dylan did a great job of tuning up our furnace. He also showed us the proper way to drain the water heater. He was nice & very professional.

The crew came out on time. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They came out to do a system check on my 47yr old furnace. They did various system checks and cleaned it. Overall, they gave it a thumbs up and billed me for $9.00. It was a special I signed up for at Home Depot in CDA. I was very happy with their service! Shoutout to Zack and Gabriel!

Everyone was great, from start to finish. We had a new furnace/ac/thermostat install. All involved with our service were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were very pleased.
