New Year’s Eve Emergency help!

I woke up a 3:30 am feeling really cold, checked the thermometer reading in our room and it was 51 degrees…uh oh. I bundled up, turned on a space heater, and got back in bed. I waited for 0800 when Diamond Heating opened up, called and got on their schedule for that evening. A spot opened up in their schedule earlier in the afternoon, and the technician came over to diagnose the problem.

While needing both a new blower motor and a new control board weren’t the answer I was wanting to hear, I am very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency, and service provided by the Diamond Heating team. No frozen pipes, and a nice comfy wake up temp this morning.

Have several jobs that Diamond Heating has worked on and I have zero complaints about them. They’re easy to schedule and do quality work.

Sam and Edgar were top notch! Professional, informative, and personable. The ladies at the front desk were also very easy and pleasant to work with.

The heater finally turned on when the technician arrived. He did go through all the diagnostic checks on the heater & thermostat, explaining the process & issues. He also advised me what to look for if problems arise again. He was very pleasant & efficient. I did sign up for a maintenance plan that he explained well.

This was my first regular maintenance since owning my home. I just called the number that was on my boiler and was Dimond. They were great to deal with. Great communication, even sending a picture of the technician who would be knocking on my door. The service was great and on time. The job was done and Brandon the technician answered all of my questions about the system. I will be using Dimond heating and air for as long as I live in the area if this service continues. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a new heating system installed. From the beginning, Kelli was spot on. Sam who who came to give us the initial estimate was amazing. He described every option available throughly and clear and to the point. I will say he went above and beyond. Andy and Steffen, the guys that came to do the install were on time, no messing around and got the job done. The end result..Perfect! I would Definitely Recommend. Thank you!!

I was without reliable heat in my house, I called and had scheduled an appointment for over a week out. I didn’t think it was an emergency. They also put me on a cancellation list, they called me at 400 pm on a Friday and Victor was at my house within 20 minutes and had diagnosed a bad circulation pump. After replacement there was more issues, bad thermostat. He stayed until it was completely working. Highly recommend Diamond heating for the thoroughness of the technician

Sep 2022, 50 year old cast iron boiler started acting up. Joe came out and provided me with quotes for a few different brands and in various configurations. I opted for high efficiency IBC unit. April 2023, called to make installation appointment and found the current price went down, not up! Even with current inflation! Utilized their interest-free financing through Wells Fargo.

May 2023, Justin and Brandon replaced the boiler, hot water heater and garage heater with new units. The original quote was for 4 days and that's what it took, even though one of them was called away a couple times.

They did a fantastic job. Happy with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional and easy to get along with. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns. They also accommodated a couple extra request items during the installation.

With IBC's 10-year Parts and Labor warranty and with Diamond Heating / Airtemp Alaska set to come out annually to do the inspection & servicing, I'm expecting this new system should run well and last for a very long time to come.

I'd give them a 9.9. They'd get a 10 as soon as they add Ernie to their crew's "Our Team" website! 🙂

Sam did a great job putting my mind at ease and provided any answers I had on replacing my water heater. Installers Chris and Steffen were courteous and put up with my nosey question as they worked. Very friendly staff.

Furnace hadn’t worked for 5 of the coldest days so far this year and Brandon showed up to work on it. He is very knowledgeable and competent and was able to repair the furnace with what he had in his truck (the circuit board) and got me he heat again. Thank you Brandon.

Our furnace suddenly wasn’t working during the cold snap and Diamond heating sent Victor out the next day. He is friendly and knowledgeable and fixed everything promptly while giving great advice for the maintenance of our unit. I would recommend this company!

Keith was so responsive and respectful. We are so grateful he answered the call. My aunt struggled to find anyone to help her and her two other tenants to regain heat. Keith not only responded and was respectful but he also solved the issue and restored heat to everyone. Thank you for sending him.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Adam and Andy installed an IBC tankless water heater at my home. The install didn't take long. Adam and Andy were friendly but professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I appreciate them explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. They even went the extra mile and drained water from my crawlspace.

I want to thank Sam (Consultant) and Kelli (Install Coordinator) for ensuring everything was set up and ran smoothly. The entire process took less than a week. Diamond Heating also installed a Trane furnace at my home back in August 2022. So far, no issues.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service appointment for my water heater. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I specifically inquired whether the rock around the water heater would be cleaned as part of the service. I was assured that this would be included.

However, upon the technician's arrival, I greeted him with a "Good morning," but did not receive a response. While I understand that this may not be significant, I felt it was noteworthy.

After the service was completed, I observed that the rock remained unchanged. I approached the technician to address this issue and also noticed what appears to be a leak, which I believe existed prior to the technician's visit.

I am concerned that I was expected to inform the technician about specific issues needing attention. I had assumed that part of the service would involve a thorough inspection of the water heater, given the expertise of your technicians. I would appreciate clarification on this matter.

Attached is a picture for your review. Could you please advise whether the situation I have described is considered normal?

We had our furnace and air purifier system replaced. From beginning to end all of your company's team were professional and courteous! The installers who were directed by Mike were conscientious of our home, the floor and furniture. All were so friendly and professional! That is a rare occurrence in today's day and age! Diamond Heating’s reviews live up to the hype. They replaced my 30-year-old furnace with a modulating Trane XC95m and installed an XL850 ComfortLink II thermostat to maximize both the furnace’s capabilities and its longevity.

The salesman, Sam, was professional, concise, and helpfully explained the pros and cons of all available options while providing literature for reference.

The install coordinator, Kelli, was quick to respond to questions or concerns, and stayed on top of communication until the job was complete. When she was unsure of an answer, she knew who to contact and promptly called us back to relay the information.

The installers, Justin, Shea, and Andy, were friendly, efficient, and overall very competent. They went above and beyond, even replacing two lengthy sections of ductwork leading to and from the furnace area as they were in very poor condition, perhaps installed by a layperson several decades ago.

If you ever need HVAC repairs or an installation, I highly recommend going with these folks.

Brandon with Diamond Heating was really great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our boiler problem, resolved an issue that another company missed, and also replaced a zone valve. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions and gave tips about our systems. I did not feel like he was pushy or selling me on anything. Brandon also took care of everything in a single visit, unlike some repairmen who will show up, look things over, and schedule another visit.

Brandon at Diamond HVAC showed up on an urgent basis 3 hours early, was courteous, concise and helpful. He diagnosed the problem and was honest in his findings and very fair in his price assessment. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Keith came out to my home, he knew what he was doing and what to look for and made a quick diagnosis for me. Very professional and respectful and fast working! Told me upfront if parts are needed it won’t be able to be till the weekday to get them but thankfully it was not that. Thank you for the service!

Heater went out during first real cold snap of the year. Got on the after-hours waitlist but due to an opening, Diamond got me in during regular (less expensive) hours. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to get the job done, fast. Brandon was a great tech and happy to work with Diamond again.
