Sam was great on the initial survey. I really enjoyed talking to Chris and Steffen while there were installing. They were extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and family anytime.

I had to make a weekend service call due my furnace had stopped working. Brandon’s response time was great. He was very professional, and proficient with explaining the root cause of my furnace issues. He answered my questions and provided a good suggestion with the residential preventative maintenance program. I signed up for the bronze plan but I may change that to the platinum after further review of that service.

Lillian and Keith did a great job restoring heat to my house this week. I came home after work to find my house at 53 degrees during this long cold snap. I called three companies and Diamond was the only one that called me back same night. Lillian was able to come out within an hour or so and got heat restored same night. She taught me a lot and was extremely professional. Unfortunately, the heat went out again by morning, but she called it in for me and got Keith to my home by mid morning. He was able diagnose the root issue of my gas boiler, and my home has been steady at 70 degrees for over 24 hours now. Thanks guys! This was my first time working with Diamond, and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Diamond Heating went above and beyond with my furnace reinstallation. Sam took the time to explain all my options clearly and honestly, and he made sure we stayed warm by bringing two space heaters while we didn’t have heat — that meant a lot.

The installers, Mike and Brad, were fantastic. They did a great job, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. The furnace runs perfectly now.

All the way from the 1st phone call for a technician to evaluate the problem, to the final email with the completed billing statement, Excellent!

I tried everything I could to avoid replacing the garage heater, the 25 year old garage heater, only to find out the Heat Exchanger was cracked. Granted the part alone could be replaced by me, I'd have to source one and install it. Then perhaps the other 25 year old parts would work for a bit longer??? Not worth the headache.

I decided to get an estimate from Diamond Heating after the inspection. Based on this I promptly approved the quote for the brand-new installation.

The installation crew was in and out in <2hours. Very impressive! City inspection followed a few days after, PASSED.

One thing to note about the great experience is the outstanding communication by every representative of Diamond Heating. They called when they said they would call and they showed up when they said they would show up. All I had to do was make sure they area was clear and pay for the service.

Thank for making the whole process a great experience! Well worth the money and peace of mind.

I had a pipe burst in my ceiling Friday night and we had water spraying all over the place. I called Klebs and from the moment they answered the phone they made me feel like it was their problem too. One of their on call plumbers John Y called me back and made it over to my place as fast as he could and got the leak fixed and the situation under control. Great service, great work, and even after hours on a Friday night the price was reasonable. I can't recommend them more highly.

My plumbing/heating repairman retired so I needed to find a business to repair a heating problem. I talked to several people and researched a number of businesses online. KLEBS came up with positive reviews a number of times from talking with others and from online reviews. There was also a number of businesses to avoid! I chose KLEBS and Larry was sent to address my heating problem. Larry arrived on time which was appreciated. He was very friendly, fixed my problem in one visit, and offered valuable tips for my heating system. My heating system is working fine and the cost for parts and labor was reasonable. I will continue to call KLEBS in the future for any heating or plumbing problems.

My first dealing with Klebs was in 2002 when my new furnace was installed. Since then I have it serviced regularly and repaired twice. The services are always professional and the repairman are always courteous. I have nothing but positive things to say about Klebs and recommend them and their services.

Beat the next best offer we could get in town when our heat went out and it wasnt even close; and also got our work done within 2 weeks when everyone else was estimating a month or more out. Was very accommodating and provided several options for us to select from, with even the most expensive and fanciest option being less expensive than others asked for the same machinery and installation. Exceptional service from the whole team over there. Would recommend to anyone needing boiler and/or hot water heater repair and replacement look no further than Klebs.

TLDR; Best value and fastest response/installation of the several companies I reached out to for a boiler replacement. Very efficient and clean, got my boiler and water heater back in a day.

It was Christmas when my boiler started leaking somewhat profusely from the holding tank. I reached out to the company that had serviced it before I bought the house, and they took almost 2 weeks to stop by and look. In the meantime I had some others stop by, including Klebs. Klebs was by far the clearest about what needed to be done, and the most pleasant to deal with. They were quick with responses and were able to fit me in to their repair schedule within a week, despite my unit having an uncommon setup that needed some special parts. Two technicians (both named John) came, put down floor protector, and got to work. They started at 9:30am and kept going until it was done late that night. They brought heaters to keep my house liveable while the boiler was down, and seemed very determined to get the job done efficiently so we wouldn't have to go without heat/hot water. I don't know much about these kinds of systems, but they did a lot of custom pipework, including cutting and soldering to get it done.

Best of all, this replacement cost 82% of the average from other quotes. They bundled in some services that I can call on if anything else goes wrong in the near future at no extra charge, so I have peace of mind that my wallet won't get any more sad than it is already! Best case scenario, I won't have to do a project like this again, but if I do, I'll be going back to Klebs.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have the klebs care plan, which is phenomenal. We signed up after they installed our new water heaters and it has proved to be so beneficial. We had a pipe burst and they came out and fixed it right away, it was super affordable with the klebs care plan and I think they such a great resource for any home owner who doesn't know how to do these things themselves. David was the plumber who came, he was courteous, quick and professional. Everything was fixed right away. Thank you as always you guys!

Editing my review because they have done even more for us. These guys are great! They just came out to do a gas fireplace inspection and it was so clean when they were done I almost thought they forgot to put the glass back on.

Klebs Mechanical was great! Had a number of plumbing issues that were repaired. They also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. Did a great job and they left no mess for me to clean up. Steve and Aaron are considerate all around nice guys. Gus the little fog even likes them.

We have done business with Klebs Mechanical for over 25 years. They installed our furnace and gas water heater. They provided quick service to correct out latest issue with an old thermostat.this issue occurred during a cold spell that caused our home temperature to drop to low 50’s. The service was provided by professional repairmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was so impressed with the turn around time and service provided by this company. They provided quick response time and fast turn around on providing me a quote for a water heater replacement. I really don’t have anyone in Alaska to call on to help me with these things here and with working full time and a little one, it is challenging to get things done.

The Scheduler/Dispatcher had a very customer driven demeanor and the Plumber was awesome with communicating with me on arrival times, which helped me with getting my GSD pup put in my room. His notice gave me time to get my pup in the room and my daughter down for a nap without a barking dog. The water quality is already so much better.

I will definitely be using this company in the future for other services and updates. I cannot thank them enough.

JR was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He fixed the furnace as quickly as they could get the part. He explained what was happening and the effort he put forth to get the part as quickly as possible.

We have been a Klebs Mechanical customer for many years and have always been happy with their work but this winter they went above and beyond. Our boiler, installed by Klebs about 15 years ago and maintained by them ever since, failed during a severe cold snap. We were out of state and by the time we discovered we had no heat the temperature in our house had dropped into the 40s! Klebs was booked for days but told us to call after 5:00 p.m. and leave a message for the after-hours on-call technician. The tech, Steve, returned our call, came to our house that night and was able to get the system running, though he suspected it was only a temporary fix. He said one of several parts could be failing and suggested we schedule another appointment for him to troubleshoot the issue which we did.
The evening before our second appointment the boiler failed again. We started using space heaters to keep the house from freezing up. This time, although Steve was unable to restart the boiler, he diagnosed a control board as the problem and contacted his supplier to order the part. Because of supply chain issues, locating a replacement part was nearly impossible. It was out of stock and the manufacturer would not have any until “sometime next month.” Klebs’ supplier, however, did a nationwide search and tracked one down in West Virginia. They ordered the part and asked for it to be shipped overnight and Klebs scheduled time on the next business day for Steve to install it. But the part didn’t come. Day after day Klebs scheduled time for the install, then had to cancel when the part wasn’t delivered. Finally, a week after we thought it should have arrived it was delivered. Rather than making us wait for an available appointment Steve and Chris, another Klebs technician, volunteered to come that evening after their regular shifts to install the control board. It turned out that the West Virginia company had sent a complete upgrade kit, not just the control board, which complicated installation. Steve and Chris worked for four hours that night and stayed long enough to make sure the boiler was heating. It has worked well ever since.
Without the efforts of Maria and Jesse in the office and techs Steve and Chris we would have been forced to have Klebs winterize the house and so make it uninhabitable. We highly recommend Klebs and thank them for all their efforts to save our house from disaster.

We had our water heater start leaking—and everywhere we called was telling us it would take 4 days, but we were without cold water too. Brandon Boe was the only one who helped us get cold water and fit us in as early as possible. They were quick, professional and caring. Brandon called back several times to make sure everything got done. Other companies were going to charge us more for the same and Klebs didnt take advantage of of an emergency situation. We will 100% be using Klebs for all of our future plumbing needs.
