I’ve used Klebs Mechanical for years. They have always given me exceptional service. They give me great piece of mind and they show up when they saw they will.

Klebs was able to perform maintenance and repair on our furnace system very quickly after we called. As this is mid-winter, we were very appreciative of the speedy service. The technician, JR, was very pleasant and respectful of our home. He was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. Klebs isn’t the least expensive option for sure, but they got the job done in a timely fashion- and this will definitely help with our heating bills. We would recommend Klebs, in particular, JR, for furnace maintenance and repair.

This is my first time using KLEBS Mechanical and they did a great job! I called them for a boiler problem (heat issues), their technician determined it wasn’t my boiler but due to wiring, it was a broken water heater. I was the last call of the day, so they showed up the next day to replace the water heater. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, clean and thorough. John and John were hardworking and kind, even called me ma’am! My hot water works great; I really appreciate the exceptional service KLEBS.

Had an issue on my furnace, called several handy man , they can t fix the problem . So i tried to call klebs to resolved my problem . Send the technician name Ricky!! He did a good job!! I will give him 5 star plus rating!!for fixing my problem right away!!!.. next time i will have a issue i will call them right away for sure!!!

Klebs came same day as I called to check out what I thought was a bad blower on the furnace during our recent cold snap.After checking out the entire system, I had put the furnace filter in the wrong way , don't know why last 2 service calls from a different company did not see that. Will definitely be using Klebs from now on

I called Klebs in 2018 when my ancient old boiler died and left my little condo cold. Klebs had several of their service people out to assess and they completely installed an entire new boiler that same day. It had to be done, at that time I could not afford it, and didn’t have room on a credit card. Klebs simply asked me to make monthly payments directly to their office. That kindness is something I will always remember and respect about this business.
Yesterday the valve and the little expansion tank wore out, and there was no heat. Even though it’s a warm winter, I needed heat. Klebs had a service person, Angel, to my house that same day. Angel was so skilled and efficient and thoughtful and kind. Heat is on and I will never call anyone but Klebs, they are wonderful!
(that’s just me out Home Depot shopping since I didn’t get a pic with Angel, lol!)

My furnace went out on 12/30/25 at about midnight. They helped me get my furnace running until their appointment the day after New Year’s Day, 1/2/26. Very helpful, professional and prompt.

My house furnace quit working so I called Klebs Mechanical, they sent a technician over to troubleshoot the problem, he found three things wrong with it. My furnace is 20 years old, he told me he would try to find the parts, I called them up to see what the status of the parts was left messages no call back, I finally got a hold of someone and a week later sent another person with the parts out but couldn’t fix it, he told me he would try to get the right part but the next day he called me back and told me I was better off investing in a new furnace fixed myself.

Well, Klebs was responsive in calling me back on a weekend. He talked about the issue; my heater was not working. He suggested we call in the morning as it wasn’t that cold out, and that would make it a normal house call rather than a after hours, expensive call out. After working on the heater and discovering a fourth fuse, I ended up replacing the fuse and it fixed the issue… But I didn’t know it. I had turned off the machine from the switch in back.That is why i didn’t realize my fix.So when the after hours Klebs guy came by… after some discussion he flipped the switch on… Everything worked! So I had to pay a $300 after-hours stupid tax. And glad to do it.

Ricky from Klebs' was amazing. He responded to an emergency call when my heater stopped working on Jan 4, temp -8F. He was so professional and had my heater working in an hour. I am so grateful and so impressed. I will be used Klebs for all my heating needs going forward.

Steve was awesome. He answered right away, after 5 PM on a Sunday too, told me how much it would be to resolve the issue with my furnace (a fair price, I might add) and then told me he would be there in 20 minutes. Repair was completed in less than an hour.

My 12-year old system stopped working unexpectedly during subzero weather. Klebs got a technician out the same day and provided a quote for replacing a failed solenoid valve in the gas supply line and replacing a functioning but rough-running inducer motor. At my request the tech also took measurements to quote out a new system installation.

I shopped around various Anchorage heating companies and got multiple quotes for a variety of setups. I ended up staying with Klebs because they were knowledgeable, patient, fairly priced, and willing to educate me as a consumer. Brandon and I went back and forth multiple times narrowing down the right setup. My focus was on ease of maintenance and long-term parts availability, and I ended up purchasing a new IBC boiler/indirect tank setup. It took 6 business days from signing the paperwork to starting the install.

On the day of the install, the two techs Ryan and Ben showed up promptly and got to work immediately. They took particular care with protecting the floors, they were patient with my animals, and they respected my home.

It was a two day install and they were polite and efficient throughout the process. As of today, I have hot water and my house is warm. I am happy with the service I received and I would recommend Klebs.

Raven seems incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate her calm demeanor. She explained everything in good detail. I hope she’ll be assigned to our job.

Returning to add the job is completed. DM was patient with me and all my questions and maybe 2 revisions on their estimate. Understandably this was a big job to have 95% of our house’s plumbing repiped entirely! It was done by Abu and Cisco. They were prompt, followed their process, got supplies, started and completed the work. I was a bit impatient as my household includes a disabled person. There isn’t really room for hassles and inconvenience in getting major repairs done at the house. Therefore, we chose to spend 2 nights in a hotel. That helped. The guys kept me informed of their timing and progress and that was good for me. They were pleasant, friendly, and courteous.

I would highly recommend Discount Mechanical. As far as household contractors, they remind me of the “old school” contractors who existed years ago and did good work, expected outcomes and jobs done right the first time. I don’t agree with buying “home warranties” and “service plans.” They tend to not be beneficial for the consumer, but I’d have truly been an idiot not to sign up for DM’s membership. When any future issue pops up, I know who to call. Good job

Steven got the job done! Only two holes had to be made into the house to find the source of the freeze and it just so happened that the pipe froze above the air intake for the house which is a funny place for the air intake to go but that wasn't Steven's problem. Much appreciated on getting that unfrozen and unstuck it has been an issue for 48 hours thank you very much guys.

It was fast and easy. I called them last night because my water heater was leaking, and then the next day they came, did an estimate, and a few hours later they came and replaced my water heater. I give 5 stars to Grant, Patrick, and Cisco. I forgot the other guy's name, but he deserves 5 golden stars also. Thank you!

Great service. Was able to get scheduled same day. The technician Abu was very respectful and had great communication on the process and was able to fix the leaking faucet within the hour of starting. Very transparent and would highly recommend their services!

Raven did an awsome..she inspected the problem and was so easy to understand about the problem. She’s knowledgeable and informative. Give her a good raise 😊.

Abu A went beyond our expectations. He was here on time and solved my problem. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. Abu A fixed a leakage, he was in and out in less than a hour.

Contacted Discount Mechanical for a water leak and they were able to come out the following day. Everywhere else I contacted was around a week wait. Abu responded and was professional and informative. He fixed the problem with a clean looking fix and now I can start my remodel project

Second time using Discount Mechanical. Same tech, same great service. Abu is a fine young man. Courteous, professional, does good work.
