Selected this company based off the reviews. I’m not impressed. On the day of service, I had an emergency at my kid’s school during my 8-hour waiting period for technician arrival. And just how my luck goes, I got notified the technician was enroute to my residence when I was out taking care of my kid. When the technician called me to determine my whereabouts, I responded that I could be there in 40 mins. I was told the technician would move on to the next call and would return when that call was completed. I called the technician approximately 3 hours later to determine if they would return and I was told they were assigned an additional service call after the one they were on and that I needed to call the office. The office never notified me that I needed to reschedule, just allowed me to sit around another 3 hours thinking a technician would return. There’s no concern about actually getting my heat repaired. I’ve already waited two weeks to get scheduled for the first call and promptly got discarded because I had a 40 min window for arrival due to an emergency (quick reminder, they expect you to wait 8-hours). The front office and scheduler are not customer focused, only looking to make a dollar. I’m quoted around $800 for them to come out and just look at my system. The technician I spoke with was absolutely professional and wanted to assist but can only do what the scheduler and front office demand. Now they want me to wait another week for service after already waiting two weeks with no heat. The best they could do is place me on a call list. This is definitely a company looking out for themselves and not the customer.

Had a new Furnace and Water Heater installed this week. Most excellent service from start to finish, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Mike and Brad(my installers) were a joy to work with, in fact the whole team over at diamond has been nothing but the best in professionalism, service and price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Not my first time having work done by this company and it won’t be my last. Thanks guys!!

Awesome service! My furnace needed to be replaced recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. The initial service technician Lillian was absolutely awesome — professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Same can be said for the technician that completed the replacement, Andy. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the new system is running perfectly. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable and top-notch HVAC service!

I had the best team came and helped me when two other companies couldn’t. Sam, Adam, and Shea were amazing. They were very professional and helpful and they did a really good job with the installation. Thank you guys so much for everything that you guys do.

Our technician ( Lillian) arrived within the estimated arrival window. She went right to work, answered all my questions and was gone fairly quickly. We have a dual system so it took a little longer and cost a little more. I will definitely be calling again with any further necessary work.

The technician was very prompt (she actually arrived early!) and was very knowledgeable about the type of heating unit and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and had our problem fixed in no time! We are so grateful for her kindness, thoughtfulness and care she took to get the heating issue addressed during one if the colder winters we can remember, and fixed in a short time.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Diamond Heating! Everyone who helped us was wonderful!! Starting with Kelli who organizes the scheduling and directs the right person to help us. She is polite, nice and very good at her job. Sam, who answered our questions and showed us all the options that would best suit our house. Sam is very helpful and has a great personality. How pleasant Brad and Mike were, who installed our furnace, garage heater, humidifier and air cleaner. A big job! Brad and Mike were extremely courteous. I felt safe and comfortable with them in my home. If anything was questionable, they had the answers. I am so impressed and thankful that we went with Diamond Heating. A strong suggestion from myself and my husband, is you can't go wrong with Diamond Heating.

They fit me in before the Thanksgiving holiday during a cold snap, the technician (Brandon) was kind, arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was thorough to ensure the problem was resolved and that my furnace was running and cycling appropriately before he left. Great service. I will call them in the future for any heating needs.

Sam worked with me over a weekend when my furnace went out to make sure I had heat as soon as possible. He was great with all my questions and followed up after the install. Adam was fantastic getting everything installed and making sure I understood my new system. Kelly in the office is wonderful at making sure I am taken care of. Diamond Heating is great company to work with.

I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt. This would've been the second time working with them- the first time the communication was shaky but I looked beyond it. This second time the communication was horrendous! I was playing phone tag with the company, when I did reach someone I was always told they'd call me back (I had to continue to chase them down). After nearly a week of trying to get someone out just to look at my system, I was told they connected me with the wrong guy. Well the right guy never called and neither did the company. I really wanted to support these guys again. I recommend that you take pause before choosing this company as well.

Update: Sam called and offered resources regarding my issue and was apologetic about how everything occured.

Adam did a great job installing my new hot water heater. He was very kind and respectful- I felt safe with him in my home. He explained things to me in a way I would understand and was very quick and thorough as well.

I also would like to thank technician Matt and Sam R. for their excellent service and communication with me. I never felt like I was being sold a product. Rather, they were dedicated to educating me and left me the decision to choose their company rather than the other companies I got estimates from.

I definitely recommend Diamond and will be a returning customer. Thanks again!

Diamond heating was excellent, as per usual. I had them install a garage heater a few years ago at my rental and they were professional, efficient, and prompt. Recently had some issues with my current forced air furnace and they were able to get a technician out to help within 24 hours of calling, as well as not charging me a kings ransom as some of their competitors in town do. Victor, the HVAC specialist was professional and very willing to let me ask questions as he worked through the problem. Will be using Diamond for all my heating needs in the future.

We had a new IBC boiler installed by Diamond. We did a lot of research into boilers and local companies, and chose Diamond because of their reputation for good customer service and reliable warranty. Justin and Shea did the install - they were really great! They communicated clearly about their timeline, were respectful of working within the space, and did a fantastic job. All the lines are well-organized and clearly labeled. We had a small concern about a valve the day after they finished the install and they came back the same day we called to answer our questions and ensure everything was working properly. The city has to complete an inspection after every install, which Diamond helped to arrange for us. The inspector not only passed the installation, but he complemented how well the installation was done multiple times and said the IBC boilers are some of the best on the market because they are so reliable. Highly highly recommend Diamond and appreciate the solid customer service from Justin, Shea and the whole team!

I was really impressed with Diamond Heating, and especially Sam with his consultation. The whole company was very professional, friendly, and they really took care of us! Our furnace was old and having issues. We had bad airflow and some rooms were never warm. Sam came over to look at our setup and discuss options. What really impressed me was when one of the first things he said was “one of my first recommendations is to have your vents cleaned. That alone is much cheaper and helps airflow a lot! We don’t do that, but here is a recommendation to a company who does.” He was giving us legitimate advice in how to better our situation with another company, rather than just trying to inflate his own sales. That sort of thing impresses me. We needed a new furnace anyway and Sam seemed incredibly knowledgable and helped us get a system that would be best for our house. Then he said “if something happens to your old furnace before your appointment replacement date. Call us at any time! We have electric space heaters we can bring over.” And sure enough at 10pm on CHRISTMAS EVE during -10 degree temps, our furnace dies. I called the 24 hour line and less than an hour later a tech shows up with a bunch of electric space heaters to keep us warm through the holidays. Now we have our new system and it is great. The installers were just as friendly and professional as the rest of the company. Diamond Heating was awesome and treated us great. 100% recommend!

We had to replace our forced air furnace last week. From the moment I called Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska we received an excellent and professional service from everyone involved in the process. First it was Sam who helped us understand various options we had and explained pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the system we wanted, he was able to schedule an install within a couple of days.
Adam & Brad installed the new furnace and were very friendly and efficient.
Overall an outstanding experience! We'd highly recommend Diamond Heating & AirTemp to anyone and everyone who might need help with their HVAC system.

Sam cam to my house and quoted me for a new water heater install, was knowledgeable and professional. Adam did a great job of the installation, very professional, knowledgeable and kept a tidy work space both during and after, as well as made sure I had a thorough run down of everything he installed and how to use it. Our furnace stopped working the weekend before Christmas. These guys quickly returned our call, had a tech out to diagnose the issue, ordered the part, and got it installed as quickly as they could. They were very helpful every time I called for an update and we're very honest with their expectations for shipping with it being the holidays. Brandon, our tech, was incredibly nice and took time to explain the issue and a possible work around to temporarily get heat. Thank you.

Keith arrived earlier than expected, for a same day call out. Was prepared and skilled in his repair. Mom has heat, and he went above and beyond. 10/10!

A second incident required the boiler system to be removed and reinstalled for my elderly mom’s house. A leak had damaged the boiler room and would require coordination between the plumbing contractor and a general contractor. Jack with Diamond heating bid, planned and coordinated removal of the Hydronic system and domestic water. Allowing time for repair of the boiler closet, and reinstall. This occurred after temps were below freezing at night, and was a “rush” job. For the 3 days I interacted with Diamonds crew they were on time, polite, hard working and knowledgeable. When they arrived it was 10 minutes early, and they left when it was done and done right. The work was a bid, and when we encountered issues I expected an addendum.
Jack said they anticipate that and added no extra charge. Very professional, competent, and fair pricing!
The job was scheduled for 4 days, and completed in 3. That work ethic is rare it seems, and every employee I dealt with shared it. I will absolutely use them again.

The company is amazing. Fire department had to come out because the alarms were going off. Diagnosed a CO leak. Called Dimond Plumbing and they came out with 20 minutes of the call! The tech was awesome and got everything resolved. 10 out 10 service. Strongly recommend this company. They will be my go to for any issues I have here in AK.

We had a wonderful experience from quote to finished product. We knew we wanted a whole home humidifier system and our consultant Sam knew everything forwards and backwards like the back of his hand to help us make an informed decision about the system that was right for us. Scheduling was quick and they arrived on time. Our installation team Andrew and Tyler were kind, professional and thorough. They made sure everything was done right, checked and double checked the system, taught me everything I needed to know about it and left our home as clean as they found it. We’re already planning to use Diamond Heating and Cooling for an A/C install in the spring. We’re so grateful and would recommend them with it reservation to anyone with HVAC needs.

We had two furnaces replaced and a HRV installed. Sam Reebs, the consultant, came to the house within two days of our call, listened, and proposed solutions. We had a quote within a day of that first meeting! Kelli, the install coordinator, scheduled the work and when the day arrived, everyone was here five minutes early! Adam, the installer, made everything go so smoothly and answered all our many questions! We are very happy with our product choices. Our old house is now comfortable in every room, even during this abnormally cold month. Our system is awesome, all the people we worked with at Dimond are professional , and best of all they make customer communication a priority!
