Very happy with Klebs. I just needed a garbage disposal installed. Some places never called me back. One gave me a 6 week waiting period. Klebs was able to schedule an appointment two days out. As promised, the plumber called a half hour ahead to say he was on his way. Larry showed up on time, was efficient and professional, and had the job done in under half an hour. I would definitely use Klebs again.

Larry from Klebs was a great help, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace and was back a few days later to install the new part. He even helped us with an override of the control panel to have heat while waiting for the new one. Larry became a welcome guest in our home after the first visit - I was comfortable with him here to install the control board when my husband was not home, which I find very important. I also must give kudos to Klebs for their fair pricing - their service fee was the best in town and the control panel was sold to us at a fair market price. Thank you, Klebs and Larry! Tons of stars, highly recommend!

We recently purchased a complicated home with multiple furnaces, boiler, glycol…Larry went through the house explaining each system and answered our many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We are confident that Klebs will service all our plumbing and heating needs in the future. The dispatcher, Jessie was friendly and professional. She understood our needs. She had me send a couple of photos so the plumber would have a better idea of our problem. The plumber communicated well letting us know when he was in the way. We had a set time and didn’t have to wait all day for the plumber to show up. We are so happy to have called Klebs!

I, like many of you, live in a frustrating existence of trying to keep a 40-year-old house in Alaska heated. About 4 ago Klebs replaced my heating system with a much newer style, I went from a boiler in my crawl space to a high efficiency on demand system in my garage. This wasn't a painless process as it was a huge project, I have had a Klebs technician to my house probably 15 times over the last 5 years and I have honestly only ever had one bad experience, and that was many years ago. The prices are fair and the work is high quality.

Steve was prompt, personal, and professional in repairing and replacing some copper tubing and valves associated with our hot water heater (stemming from a water leak that had developed). Everything seems to be working properly. Thanks.

Klebs was able to quickly help when my heating system went down. The cold snap caused a pipe to freeze and burst. Klebs came out and quickly replaced the broken pipe and got my system back up and running. With the sub-zero weather we had, I couldn’t be more grateful at their quick response. 10/10 will use them again.

Our old furnace and water heater have been more than 20 years old, and it was time for us to consider replacing them before they cause big troubles in the winter. We started to ask our friends for recommendations. A total of 5 companies were recommended. Two of my friends recommended Klebs Mechanical. I invited all 5 companies to evaluate and gave us quotes. I met all of them. Mr. Brandon Boe from Klebs gave me a good impression. Their price was not the cheapest. I looked at the internet review and Klebs did not receive the best. I was hesitant about whether I should ask Klebs to replace our systems. However, Brandon's professional suggestions and evaluation of our heating and water heater system made me want to communicate with Brandon again. I waited for two weeks after he came back from his vacation. He convinced me to choose his company. When I look back about the installation, post installation service and the experience dealing with Klebs' office people, I am so glad that I made the right choice! (1) Mr. Brandon Boe is a very nice and professional manager who gave me a very reasonable price but the best Lennox two stage furnace. He visited us several times before installation, did careful measurement, during installation and post installation. Since the new system is more powerful, it has more noise caused by air venting. He asked the service department manager, John, to visit us and did an adjustment of the furnace. He even has several back up plans to reduce the noise and luckily, we do not need extra work. I expressed my thanks to him because he has always been available and answered questions and has done his best to help us. He said: "It is his job to make us be happy with their service". (2) John senior and John Junior were the two technicians who installed our furnace, water heater and garage heating unit. They are very skillful, nice, polite and well organized. They cleaned the garage thoroughly after finishing the installation. (3) Service manager, John is very knowledgeable and helpful. (4) Last but not least, the office people, especially Kayla, are very kind and always available.

I am very happy with the service Klebs Mechanical has provided.

Klebs was able to respond to my plumbing problem within 24 hours. The plumber isolated the problem quickly and was able to turn a big job into a short one. I’d highly recommend Klebs to others.

My On demand was having issues with fluctuating water temps for years and other companies would just recommend a flush to get rid of hard minerals. Contacted KLEBS to find a solution and Rob recommended replacing a heating coil and another flush. Ultimately it didn't fix the issue, so he recommended a new unit which i was prepared to hear. The work was done by Jon and Jon and wow! The entire set up is fantastic and they even recommended a filter before the On demand to prevent hard minerals wrecking havoc on this new unit. I look forward to enjoying consistent water temps in my showers again! Highly recommend them and very happy with the customer service Rob provided in trying to problem solve before just saying it needed to be replaced. His knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I had Klebs come out for service for one issue and asked the technician to check on a dripping hose faucet. He figured out the issue quickly and prepared a proposed work order. I accepted the proposal and Klebs replaced the part as promised, with no cost increase.

Steve was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with any questions we had. Super helpful and would go back if any issues ever arise again.
