Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. An excellent representative for the Appliance Care and Repair business! The price I had to pay, which included installing a new part, was reasonable (even though it did make my wallet squeal, lol).

I called Appliance due to some issues with my microwave and they promptly scheduled me for a next day appointment. Guillermo was very efficient and explained all of the potential reasons I could be experiencing problems, as well as a variety of options. He was straightforward and honest, letting me know that the juice just wasn’t worth the squeeze of repairing it, and I would be better served by just replacing it all together. I appreciate the candor and am happy to have my next steps! Although I couldn’t use their repair services this time, I absolutely would call again in the future!

Raymond was great even with this his first repair on this type pedestal washer. We needed him to get it opened so we can replace the broken latch.

Guillermo is absolutely wonderful, he's quick ,very efficient, knows what he's doing, kind very nice to talk to, and he cleans up after himself. I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided.

Randy the technician is very professional. We learned how the delivery people reversed our hot and cold water tubes to the washer. Once Randy came back to his discovery. Our cold water valve was not operating. Randy did not charge us except for the initial service fee. We had to contact our plumber. Nice young man.

Raymond was so kind and accommodating as he tried to fix our dryer. He was extremely professional, and made a frustrating experience a lot easier. He did everything he could to fix our dryer. I think he replaced practically every part! He is great at his job, and I would definitely recommend him.

Reached out on a Thursday evening and the response from Tess was very quick. Got me scheduled the next morning. There was a bit of a scheduling snafu, but that was fixed immediately. Dan came out and was able to repair my machine same day! Very nice and friendly company. Will definitely use again in the future.

Our fridge went out over night. I called in the morning and that afternoon they were able to have a technician out to my house to look at it. Mark came and diagnosed the compressor had gone out. He checked to see if he could get one put the order in and two days later he called me to let me know he had the part and could be at my house with in 10 min to put it in and get our fridge working a agin. Mind you it was the end of the day on a Friday and he wanted to make sure we got it working agin. Mark went above and beyond to take care of us. This is not our first time working with Affordable Appliance and I can say every time is the same they hire the most caring and knowledgeable technicians. I would recommend them 100% every time and Mark is amazing!!!

Dan was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with start to finish! He really cared about getting the job done, seeing it through start to finish, and communicating so we knew exactly what was going on. Very good experience. Called on a Friday and was able to get a Saturday appointment. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem on my fridge and then cleaned my compressor coils for free. Would call again no questions.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained to me in detail what the problem was, how much it would cost as well as alternative options. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone!
