I am so frustrated. They lack basic customer service skills of being polite and responsive. Spencer's TV and Appliances use them for warranty work and it is disappointing. I have three teenage boys and parts have been on order for weeks. I can't even get a decent phone call with a status update. Buyer beware!

This is the worst appliance repair I have EVER dealt with. I have never written a bad review for any company except this one. I bought a downdraft from Spencer’s in August 2021. The installers never installed it correctly and it has NEVER worked. Spencer’s told me to call this company and they had only one repair man for Casa Grande. He has been in my home several times and he has never been able to repair it. He continuously rescheduled and the last time time he lost the part. The lady at the front desk refused to believe this repairman never fixed my appliance. What a joke. I would think twice before calling them or purchasing anything from Spencer’s……. Horribly disappointed and stick with a $1300.00 downdraft that never worked. Thanks A LOT guys. So sad.

RUN from Goldwing! If you’re reading this because you have a warranty and Goldwing you’re probably think man there’s a lot of bad reviews. I’ll try to keep it short- first phone call in August 2023- just now on Jan 31st 2024 I got my fridge replaced. 2 different Goldwing techs, 5 total visits and LOTS of phone calls that a part was “on back order” “we ordered the wrong part” “oh sorry the first tech was wrong”. The last day when Frank was here 1/30- he said he had to get gas for a tool and my food was left out for hours, when he left he left behind a stack of other clients invoices (with their contact info) and his work laptop. He also damaged a cabinet drawer and left trash in my driveway. He told me I’d hear from his manager Shawn/Sean but a week later still no call. Shame on this company for being so awful.

Dan of Appliance Care and Repair had a puzzling problem to fix my dishwasher, but he kept on examining what was going on and discovered the issue. I appreciate that kind of dedication!!

Appliance Care & Repair were super. My Technician, Ray was professional, courteous and listened to our concerns. He was able to figure out the problems and come up with the correct solutions. The service was outstanding!

Other than the company taking a little too long to return for the repair. Guillermo was on time, professional and thorough. Refrigerator was up and running in less than an hour.
