Guillermo Torres was courteous, professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator and replacing the defective part. I do not know how the price of the repair compares to competitors, but the service was top notch.

Anthony was knowledgeable and even shared some with me! I had done some basic trouble shooting to fund out why my washer would not spin. Guess its because the belt had torn and wound up in the pulley. Thank you for your help and being kind to my pups.

As for the Customer service of the company. Don't the the AI voice seter you, they cant get my name right. But I would have Anthony as my tech again. Thanks to him!

Very good experience with Jason and Appliance Care & Repair. They got me an appointment scheduled for the following day after calling them. Even called me back to offer an earlier window due to a rescheduled appointment. Jason worked quickly to identity the problem, discuss my options, and give some recommendations. I will call Appliance Care & Repair again for future needs.

They responded and came out quickly to fix my old dryer and got it cleaned up and working well. Raymond did great! Also, very affordable service! 10/10

Great company, with flexible scheduling and friendly technicians. Even though the issue with my dishwasher resolved itself (water tripped the sensor) the technician said he would come out again at no charge if the same issue cropped up again. Definitely calling these guys in the future.

Kenneth Oldfield was our technician! He greeted us with a smile and went went right to work to repair our clothes dryer. He inspected the components and determined the heating coil was broken. He replaced the old part with a new one then expected the dryer to make sure it was working properly. He even vacuumed up some lent that had accumulated under the dryer drum. He also made sure the dryer vent hose was attached properly. Thank you Kenny for superior service!

Raymond did an awesome job, only took 10 minutes to fix, since it was not heating up. At a great price. Happy customer, very highly recommended!

Overall great experience! Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable. He explain what was wrong with my fridge and options for fixing. He then helped navigate the warranty process. He got here quickly in the morning after I initially inquired for service at 6am and was quick to fix the part.

Randy was great, arrived on time and quickly fixed my washer. There was no need to order parts or anything. The only bummer I had was that I couldn’t get anyone to come out any sooner, ended up being 2 days after I reached out to them. Regardless, 5 stars because Randy was very nice and we were the first stop of the day.
