Hired Rick to repair our refrigerator. It was a nightmare. Turned our fridge into scrap. Always late; often hours late. Didn't show at all multiple times. Always unprepared; short on supplies, equipment failures, etc. Had to come back over a dozen times, often staying until 9pm or later. Once had to borrow money from me to replace broken equipment. 100+ days later and fridge still doesn't work. Had to purchase a new one. Rick won't reimburse us for his total failure. Do not hire!

Rick worked on my refrigerator. Not only was Rick on time, but he was very knowledgeable about refrigeration. He located the problem and let me know the repair price up front. Rick repaired problem quickly. He also did his repair without disturbing me while I was working in the other room. When Rick was finished he told me exactly what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Rick answed all my questions and the price was more than fair. I would recommend Rick for any appliance or refrigerator repair.

My frig died on Wednesday and Rick was prompt on getting the part and installing it the next day. I've had him repair all of my appliances and have never had a problem with any of them.

Rick sure seems to know his way around the block! I had a problem with my a/c unit and after contacting 2 other companies I reached out to Mr. Bishop. He was able to repair it while the other 2 called a total loss. Price was very reasonable and he completed the job in a very timely manner. Overall I am extremely happy with his work and would definetly call him again in the future.

Rick Bishop is a great repairman. He diagnosed my dryer and my fridge with no delay and was upfront and honest of all costs. For both he found the issue - the dryer he recommended replacing the support roller, an idler pulley, drive belt, and felt seal with a very reasonable quote. The fridge would be costly to replace the compressor so he recommended replacement.

The really nice part is that when the dryer started making noise again two months after the repair, he identified his issue with the original repair. He secured the felt seal with better glue and replaced the defective idler pulley as soon as he could at no cost, even though I offered to pay! Very respectable and I'd return to him for any future needs as well!

Rick came over promptly, sooner than I thought he would be able to. He diagnosed the problem quickly and as always, he was very courteous and friendly. He is now our go-to guy for all our appliance issues.

I called Rick the afternoon of New Year’s Eve because my microwave was not working. I fully expected to have to wait until after the New Year for him to come out, but he called me back within an hour and said he could be there soon. He took time to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. He’s very nice to work with and his price was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I need any other appliance work.

My oven went out on Christmas Eve. I've been working so much that I did have a chance to get it repaired, until today. I searched online and after one other phone call, I found Rick. I described the issue and Rick said he could be there this afternoon. About 30 mins later he arrived. Rick pinpointed the issue, made a trip to Home Depot for a part and came back, replaced the part and, voila, oven was fixed! Rick was professional and kind. Rick was very prompt in returning our call. He was referred to us by our Handyman. We live in Oregon but have a rental in Mesa and the refrigerator was freezing everything. My microwave stopped turning on, and they came out the next morning. The repair didn’t take long at all. The technician was friendly and explained the problem. It works perfectly now.
