Adam worked quickly and productively when he came for the diagnosis of my freezing refrigerator; Having to wait in a part from out of state, he made a return appointment two days later in which he brought the new part and installed it in less than ten minutes! Meanwhile, he was very personable and thorough! Thank you all!

Took almost a week to come out. But the guy was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Then the company had to email me an invoice to repair the item, he couldn’t repair it on the spot as he had to pick up the part. Another week to come out, and it was very pricey. The initial trip was cheap, only about hundred bucks. To actually do the repair job was just about as much as if I was to buy another item semi new.

This experience with hillside had been fantastic and very thorough. Compared to other companies that have come by for estimates. Looking at the same appliances the feedback and recommendations were totally different. I can’t believe the difference. Thank you for taking such good care and professionalism.

After being rerouted to "who knows what kind of offshore answering systems" by 4 other "local" appliance repair companies, I was pleased to be greeted by Donovan at Hillside Appliance Services, who assured me that Hillside was indeed located in Mesa not far from my home. He had a service tech scheduled the next day to diagnose the problem with my wine cooler (that has since been discontinued by EdgeStar). Within 20 minutes of the tech's arrival, he had determined the problem and let me know that someone would order the necessary parts and reach out within a week to schedule the service. The same tech arrived as scheduled a week later and completed the repair in 30 minutes. So simple, but so gratifying to work with a company that puts "Service" in their name and deserves to have it be there.

Anitoly was just great. Je was sure to explain the process and was on time with each visit. Our ice maker is performing perfectly now! Thanks to all of staff for a pleasant experience.

After firing another appliance repair company for incompetence, we engaged Hillside based on online reviews to fix our Thermador ice maker. Saul came to our house, diagnosed the probable cause, and repaired the ice maker successfully when the parts arrived. We liked Saul very much and he would be welcome in our home as a friend anytime. Our bill was under $500 whereas the other company tried to charge us almost $1600 and didn't solve the problem. Hillside Appliance Repair is the best!

First tech was unable to work on the devise despite your dispatch being told the problem. The second tech was unable to repair the device but was able to rig it so it worked well enough to keep the wine cool. The part that was needed is available on Amazon.
Your estimate is ridiculous. It is less expensive to buy a new unit in the long run.
PS. I gave Serg &100 for coming over on a Friday afternoon. A good man but your charges are out of line.

The guys were wonderful. I had a difficult install. They said let’s try to get it done and they did everything well and it was a really tight fit because we had added some tile and some sound barrier so I made it very difficult to get it in and out and they took care of everything. Everything‘s beautiful made sure everything ran and they were wonderful about giving me some customer service and talking with me. I want to thank you it was so refreshing, Jonathan is a gentleman who took care of us. I called your boss because I think you did a great job. It’s so refreshing. Thank you so much. Great company. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Saul and Hillside are a fantastic organization with very competent staff that’s always putting the customer first. I can recommend them without reservation. They respond promptly in emergencies and provide honest and fairly priced repairs.

Making appointments, and talking to people at the company was very easy - they were very personable.

I have used Hillside for every appliance in my kitchen and every part of the experience is the best. From booking an appointment thru Kelly to having Saul come to my house to evaluate and repair appliances they have been honest, on time and reliable.

Previously, had a great experience with Hillside. Tech was friendly, provided solutions and provided great service. This time, our unit could not be fixed which we understand. Yet the place in laundry was left a mess after the service - dirt everywhere, the tub of water drained left on the floor in path of a door way, we were kind of surprised. .

I have used Hillside appliance for many years they are reliable, dependable, honest and professional. Saul is especially great. He diagnoses and quickly solves the problem. I highly recommend him and Hillside appliance

This was service like I got used to years ago. Saul showed up on time, knew what he was looking at, had the experience to know what needed to be done first. He understands the problem, having the solution and the program of corrective action. A very professional service technician. He had a trainee with him which I always welcome. Excellent service, very affordable and knowledgeable. They were very responsive with in my request on a major holiday weekend. He told us everything that was wrong and what the timeline should be for repairs with our current fridge.

Hillside appliance services did a professional and efficient job repairing our dryer. They quickly diagnosed the issue in an initial visit and similarly quickly made the repairs after obtaining the necessary parts. The repair man, Anotoliy was courteous and helpful.

In 2023 we bought a refrigerator from Hillside and had a good experience. Based on this, in 2025 we had them look at our wine fridge that was not getting cold. Told us it could be repaired but given its age suggested a new one would be better. They promised to email estimates of repair cost and new unit cost. Sent new unit info and I asked them to send cost of a different brand - it was never sent. Also never sent the repair cost info. Poor service, so I shall look elsewhere in future.

Great job by Adam of Hillside Appliance Services. My very old Jenn Air refrigerator had a complicated issue, and Adam stuck with it until it was completely fixed. The repair cost was only a tiny percentage of a complete replacement cost.

One of the best technicians (Adam) I have ever had. He was so very kind and patient, answered all my questions. Christina was also extremely helpful and understanding of the situation I was in without having a refrigerator. I would recommend them without hesitation!! A second experience with Hillside, just had a refrigerator delivered for my garage. I worked with Edward, he was a helpful as everyone else has been-wonderful to work with. Delivery was flawless, earlier than expected, and the delivery guys were so polite. I've told so many people about my experience with Hillside, what great service you all deliver to the consumer.
