Needed help with a dryer that just wouldn’t heat. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part on the truck. The only downside was the two-hour arrival window, but worth the wait for the great service.

I was blown away by how quickly they responded to my service request. Our freezer was making strange noises, and they diagnosed it on the spot. The repair was done efficiently, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The technician (Johnathan) was polite and professional and did a good job of diagnosing the problem with my dryer but unfortunately he couldn’t repair it without approval from my home warranty company which got denied. I will not be using Hillside Appliance company to come and repair it as the estimate was more than a new dryer.

Veltry was punctual and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in detail and didn’t try to overcharge me unnecessarily. Great company- glad I found them!

My freezer stopped, I needed help that same day!
Two repairmen came out , they immediately worked to investigate the reason the freezer quit.
They found the part nearby and within no time my freezer was fixed! Prompt, and courteous repairmen.

Adam came out for a big issue with one of our refrigerators that was under warranty and he was very knowledgeable. Everything seems to be working well now. Saul very quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator where a ventilation flap was stuck shut and it has to be replaced or could keep getting stuck open or shut. So relieved. He could quickly see what my model of my Maytag refrigerator needed with his technical information on iPad kind of thing. Christina was also really nice on the phone. Thank you Hillside!

Veltry showed up on time and was prepared to complete the diagnosis as well as the repair in a timely and professional manner. He was neat, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. A most pleasant experience and every question answered. Oven repair was a complete success. Highly recommend.

Be careful getting an estimated from them. With their trip fee and parts/labor, they were asking $848 to repair a microwave, and might be more as more might need to be replaced once they started their repairs. LG came and fixed/repaired/serviced it all for $375 out of the door. Do your research before getting a quote from them and spending $129 in trip/evaluating fee! At least with LG, they will save you a ton!

Saul was excellent in diagnosing the refrigerator problem. He explained the repair process and was very agreeable to working with my schedule to make the needed repairs.

On 01/27/25, Hillside Appliance Services LLC was great to work with and their technician Saul was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to actually save us money on a part that we thought was faulty and needed to be replaced, but Saul was able to determine that the problem was actually due to the power outage to the dispenser module on the door, which he was able to do a hard reset and get our refrigerator water/ice dispenser working again. Thank you very much for your help with correcting the problem.
