McDonald Plumbing was very professional and did an exceptional job repairing my main water line, as well as installing plumbing for a water sprinkling system I'm having installed in my yard. Workers were polite and explained things thoroughly. They applied water hog carpets to protect the flooring in my home and they spotlessly cleaned everything up when they were finished. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all for a job well done!

I don't have enough characters to say all the good things about the crew from McDonald Plumbing that worked tirelessly all day to restore water service to our house. When you pull into the driveway to this, you just know it was a bigger job than expected. They dug deep (literally), solved some mysteries, found solutions all while putting us at ease that yes, we would have water. They took great care of our home and yard and cleaned up well and preserved every inch of sod they could. I highly recommend them in particular for emergency work.

Arrived on time and found the drain blockage with camera. Cleared what they could but the main blockage was on city property. They notified the city and had someone from city call me back and they are coming out to address the blockage. I was very satisfied with the services and they kept me updated all the time they were working in the basement. I would recomment their services.

McDonald's plumbing dug up old waterservice line and replaced with new in signal digit temperatures went out of there way to make sure everything was working perfectly.

The only plumbing company I will ever use! Tyler VanStee and Don came to my home. They were polite, knowledgeable, and gave me their honest thoughts.

Tyler was prompt and professional. Explained the issued caused by previous contractor and showed/fixed the proper way it needed to be. Great they offer warranty on their work as well. Was worth paying for no leaks and preventing continuous damage to my ceiling tiles from water leaking. Very happy with next day service.

Second NEW issue. Called again for service and they came same day. Tyler and Josh, again did a great job for the new (unrelated issue).

McDonald’s plumbing came in less than 24 hours of my call. Tyler was our tech and he listened, took a look at potential issue and had it resolved in less than 1-1/2 hours. We had a clogged main stack with sewer leakage. He referred me to a water damage company for cleanup for optimal safe health environment. Very pleased!

My wife and I have been dealing with a tree root filled, 15 foot belly problematic city sewer for 23 years! Over the years, we have had all of the big names in plumbing in our area for water jetting after water jetting. Recently we discovered that McDonald does residential work. From first contact, you could tell this company was different from all the others. Don and Tyler along with their service manager, came to our house with a detailed plan on how to fix this for good. Outstanding professional service all the way around. The first team that didn’t try to upsell me on something, Only exactly what we needed with tips on how to avoid future service! These folks are amazing!

Had McDonald Plumbing hook me up to township water here in Jenison. They were on time and very efficient. Appreciated how they were able to get in and get the job done in a very short amount of time. Would highly recommend the use of their services.

McDonald’s was great. They did a huge main sewer line replacement in one day. I was shocked at how many men and trucks were here working in unison. Absolutely top notch work. The men were also very conscientious about keeping the house clean during the process and super polite. Definitely provided service that went well above our expectations!
