We called last minute and they came right out and serviced us. The guy who pumped our tank was great! He explained some things about our system and was very nice to deal with. Another service tech (Joshua) checked out our pump in the basement and was very knowledgeable and again great to deal with. I would recommend Plummers to anyone who needs septic service. They have a customer for life with us!! Thanks Plummers!

I love Plummers! We have an old farm house, with an old septic system. Seems like something goes wrong every three years or so. Plummers is ALWAYS fast, professional, knowledgeable and nice! Great company. Highly recommend. And Corey is great!

Plummers had a longer lead time than what I was initially willing to wait. However, the other company I hired gave me nothing but problems and no solutions. Fed up, I returned to Plummers and they were out in a couple of days. I wasn't given a bunch of problems. Instead, they completed the job efficiently and quickly. It was a much higher quality experience and one that I wish have pursued initially.

Plummers is simply the best. I will always call Plummers for any septic or drainage problems. Every time they are out to my home, they exceed expectations. Corey is incredibly personable, dedicated and hard working. John’s knowledge and expertise are invaluable. This is a family run business that truly CARES about their customers. Top notch. Plummer's highly-rated reviews are warranted. While you might find cheaper, you won't find better. Friendly, responsive and professional communication -- from front-desk staff to septic professional. Everything happens over the phone or via email: Confirmation email received right after scheduling, and invoice receipt received within hours after the service was completed. Service was provided as scheduled with excellent feedback on system health and recommended time frames for on-going maintenance. A++

Service Tech was fantastic! Came in, found our other tank right away, dug and emptied both tanks super quick! Very happy with the service and will send others to them!!!

Plummer's was great! I had an issue with my septic tanks and they were out the next day. Chad from Plummers was on time, super nice, and talked me through how everything worked and everything he was doing. They're at the top of my list to call again (even though I hope I don't have the need to!)

We had an after hours service call on a weekend. Corey came out cleared our drains and answered all of our questions. He was courteous, professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

The office staff was quick to respond and communicated efficiently. They also emailed and were clear and concise. Their quote was far less than their competitors and they clarified codes and laws (and didn't twist them like their competitor did to make.more money). Throughout the entire job and process, I appreciated their honesty and integrity to get the job done right, efficient, and at an affordable price. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

This was our first time using Plummer's and they did a great job. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and when they showed up to clean our tanks, they were polite, quick, and did a great job making sure my yard was put back in order when they were done. We will be using them again for sure!

Chris was incredibly helpful and understanding, and went above and beyond when I had trouble locating and digging out my tank head at a newly purchased home. His knowledge and generosity cemented our family as Plummers customers for life. We intend to use them for all our septic and sewer needs going forward.

Cannot recommend this company enough!

Our septic alarm went off a couple days before we went on vacation and calling Plummers was the BEST decision we made. They went above and beyond to problem solve the septic issue after the plumbing company we had hired was baffled and basically walking in circles trying to find what was causing the septic alarm to go off after we had our tanks drained. I spoke to both owners, Jon and Ally, who are dedicated to doing exceptional work and it shows! I had Ally texting me on phone as we were driving up north on vacation giving me updates. Ally even texted me one time when the other company couldn't figure out what was going on and said "we are heading there in a few minutes, I am invested". Within MINUTES of them on the property they figured it out (with the same schematics I had given the other company).

Kevin was amazing! We didn’t know where the tanks were, he found them, very respectful to the landscaping with the dig and extremely knowledgeable with the challenges faced. Fast turnaround in scheduling and very pleasant/friendly service from booking to fulfillment.

Mike from Plummer's came out to pump our septic, he was great! He was on time, hard working, courteous and had a great sense of humor. Our home is really difficult to get to, especially backing into our driveway! But he managed it without a problem. My daughter was with me that day and she's a Realtor, she said because of his professionalism she would definitely be recommending him and this company to her clients. Outstanding experience with Plummers today. I scheduled a maintenance service and they got me in within a couple of weeks. Today the technician shows up first thing, he probed the back yard a few times, dug a small hole, and found the tank right away. He was done within a matter of minutes and the price was even far less than expected. I can’t wait to have them back out in a few years for another maintenance and checkup.
