We were very pleased with how friendly the guys were. They were able to pinpoint and fix a problem in an hour. They were very helpful with any questions that we had. I would highly recommend them over any plumbing company. James was very knowledgeable and let us know of ways to help with the drain clog in the future. Will definitely be going back to McDonald Plumbing in the future.

I had noticed a gurgling sound coming from a few of my sinks, and my attempts to clear/find any clogs were not fruitful. From arrival, the team was friendly, checked everything out, and gave me peace of mind on the issue. Plus they were able to fit me in at a time that worked with my schedule, which was a big ask last minute. I will definitely use them again if I ever have an issue.

Called McDonald's plumbing for a clog affecting our tub, toilet ans sink. They were here within the hour. Josh is super friendly and very knowledgeable! Great attitude and caring! Will definitely use ya'll for any future issues. Thanks McDonald's!! You guys rock!! Thanks Josh for a job well done!!

Kevin showed up and made me feel very important. He inspected everything thoroughly from the ground up. Figured out the issue and fixed it. Very good work at a very fair price. I’m very happy.

McDonald plumbing exceeded my expectations! I was having issues with our sump pump and I called them and they came out within 30 mins to address our concerns and then were able to replace the pump, valve & pipe right then. Their prices were very reasonable and lower than another plumbing company who quoted us way higher. I highly recommend them above all others out there.

Guys were prompt on appt. Timing, very courteous and professional, they got done what the plumbing company beforehand couldn't complete, in half the time expect too and camera inspection with service., It gave me piece of mind it was done correctly. 4 star only because they left a fairly big mess i cleaned no harm done, but i wish that wouldn't have been a surprise,...Otherwise would definitely you again or have given a 5 star review.

Very prompt service. The technician (Lisa) who came out to pump our septic tank went WAY above and beyond in getting our system cleaned out and back in working order! I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a clogged sewer pipe and needed an urgent fix. I called in the evening and the guys were here promptly the next morning. Drew and Corey were very professional and answered all my questions. Poor Drew even had to dig a 4 ft deep hole to find our septic tank! Thanks for the great service! Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The first visit he spent time trying to find our septic tank, but neither of us could. He gave me a couple options to locate and said they would come back, and there was no charge for the first visit. He came a week later and made sure we only had 1 tank. Super fast and efficient! He let one of our kids watch, and explained things to us! Highly recommend!

Plummers came out to my house for a slow drain. The technician was very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. He did not try to up sell more service but instead fixed my problem for a great price. I would recommend them for any sewer or septic needs! Thanks again guys for a job well done!

Called on a Sunday morning that our main floor toilets wouldn’t go down. Since it had a been a few years, we opted to have our tanks emptied. Kevin and Lisa came out and got the job done. They were friendly, professional and got right to work. They opted to open one tank from the other side and said it was helpful in getting it cleared out properly. Also told me a product to buy to keep my tanks from developing a thick “crust.” I thought the price for a Sunday same
Day call was good. I will be calling them again for future cleanings.

We called for a septic tank pump out in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Very quick, did an EXCELLENT job. Found the tanks easily without digging up the yard. Kevin and Kam were very friendly, efficient, respectful, did amazing work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Very impressed.

We have had Plummer's pump our tanks over the last 20 years as needed and have always had wonderful service! We recently had to have our tanks replaced and the 2 gentlemen that came out and did the work were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their service.

Do yourself a favor. If you have any type of deadline to have your septic system serviced, do not contract this absolutely horrible company!

Our initial appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for an appointment six days later because a driver called in sick that morning. The reschedule was cancelled because the person said they couldn't dig the hole because they couldn't find the covers/too deep - even though I provided the township plot map, and just had it dug and pumped by Robinson Septic two years ago. I work in landscaping and have dug so many holes in my life that if you put them end-to-end and crawled through, you'd be in China when you get to the other side, so that's just straight-up laziness - especially since they charge an extra $100 if they have to dig.

Due to the aforementioned, we now must push back the closing date on our home sale, and the realty company we are working with has discontinued their affiliation with Plummer's.

Today I had Plummers come out to take care of emptying my septic tank. Although I wasn't available to meet with the technician in person, we spoke on the phone. While working to locate the tank, he accidentally hit one of my sprinkler heads. He called me right away to tell me what happened and said someone would be out to repair it. So, here's the best part, when I returned home, there was another technician here, Corey, working to repair the sprinkler head. It was after 6pm and he stayed well beyond normal work hours to ensure the repair was complete. A total rock star. Thank you, Corey.

The young men did an outstanding job at my house. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Very pleased with service. The price was much better than the quote I got from a competitor. Will use them again in a few years!

Customer service was amazing when we scheduled over the phone. Chad was our technician and he explained everything thoroughly. He did a great job and was super nice. I definitely recommend this place! They made the process very quick and easy for us.

No issues over the phone or in person. Everyone was clear on pricing and times.
Got a text before the technician arrived which was nice. When he found an issue he communicated what he saw and his recommended next steps, including an estimate of the cost to follow those steps. He waited for our permission before calling the next person in to fix the second issue.
The second technician called was just as friendly and knowledgable, answered all my questions while he was working and stated a final price that was within the estimate the first one gave. No extra surprises was a nice bonus during a day when we'd almost had too many.
Neither tech had issues with my dogs and more importantly my dogs didn't have issues with them. I'll have no problems calling Plummer's again for septic service.

We called Plummers to pump our tanks, but when the service guy got here he looked at the cover on the secondary tank and told us the whole tank needed to be replaced. It was a cement tank about 40 years old and the cover was crumbling. It also appeared as if other places had started to crumble. Plummers gave us an estimate, but I got another because my daughter wanted several opinions as she thought the siding job done last summer was too high. Plummer's estimate was best and we liked the service people so we went with them. They did a good job and even came out to talk to my husband without complaint when they were done because he thought that the mound over the new tank was too high. They explained that they thought it would settle enough, which it should, in my opinion. Not only did they clean up the place nicely, they got a load of black dirt to put on our sandy soil and didn't even charge us. I highly recommend this company.

Plummer's Waste services came to my home within a few days and was able to locate and open my septic tanks. I have never had them cleaned (in 30+ years) and didn't even know I had openings. They were awesome to deal with and treated me with respect. I use them for the rentals I manage as well and have always done a great job!
