Plummers did an excellent job with our septic issue! Cory arrived within two hours of my emergency call and was very patient and answered my million questions as he was diagnosing the issue. Not only did they find the clog in the pipe and clean that out but they also came back the next day and pumped out the tank. All of this and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

My landlord called in Plummers and they came in after hours. Quick and fast service. Friendly and considerate. First time having an issue and it was resolved in a timely fashion. Now to have a conversation with my teenagers about what can’t be flushed down the toilet. Corey was great.

After shopping around for a septic tank draining/cleaning service, we decided to go with Plummer's even though they were a bit higher price-wise, based on reviews of different companies. Absolutely worth it. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and Kevin our technician was so nice & kind. It was incredibly easy to schedule our service online. Kevin answered our questions (this is our first time having this done at our home) and explained what was going on with our tanks, what we needed to be aware of for the future, and gave excellent insight. He arrived right on time and was done quicker than he estimated. We will absolutely be using Plummer's for all of our future septic & sewer needs. Lowest cost isn't everything when it comes to large home maintenance upkeep, you pay for what you get, and with Plummer's the little bit of extra cost is insignificant when it comes to protecting & valuing your home. Plummers Septic and Sewer is an amazing company. I recently moved into a home that the septic tank hadn’t been pumped in 20 years. I called Plummers and they had a technician out right away. Their technician, Chris, did an amazing job, was very thorough, explained what he was doing and gave helpful suggestions on the maintenance of the septic tank going forward.

Just completed a visit for septic system cleaning. Communication and punctuality were excellent. Technician was extremely friendly and thorough in explanation of service. Yard where they accessed the tanks was restored exceptionally well. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing service.

Had a blockage issue with my septic system and at first I called Roto Rooters but they gave me an estimate for $1600 and I told them to leave. I called Plumbers and they were there the next day and got me running again and only charged me $300. So thankful that there is a company that does great work and won't gouge their customers. I called Plummers to schedule an appointment for my septic tank to be emptied. The receptionist requested a photo. I sent the photo & was told she would call me right back. I did not receive a call. I called Plummers back and was told the office manager would call me back in a couple of minutes. Day 2 and I still haven't received a call. I reached out to Halls Septic Service in Hastings and they were friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend Halls Septic Service.

Great service. Easy scheduling. Against their own interest, advised me to wait to have my tank pumped because it was unnecessary after another company tried to get me to do an unnecessary second pumping. Job was done super fast.

Plummers was phenomenal when we had a septic backup - they sent Chad and Brent to our house within a few hours of calling and we couldn't be more grateful. They pumped the tanks, then went above and beyond to figure out and address the root cause (an incorrectly installed filter). HUGE thank you to the Plummers team, we'll be calling for anything plumbing or septic related in the future!

Nick went above and beyond with clearing a blockage in my bathroom! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, was very thorough, and laid out all the options to resolve the issue. I'm very happy with his service!

Mike was awsome! He got things working Pronto but beyond that he educated me about how our commercial warehouse plumbing functions. He found a lift station not operating and solved a long standing issue we had. I have had problems with many other companies, that's why I called Mountaineer. Not only did Mike do a great job repairing and teaching, he left everything cleaner than when he started. The additional bonus was the charged amount was more than a fair price. Technician was on site within 1 hour of contacting Mountaineer Plumbing. The receptionist was cordial and quickly set up the appointment. Our technician, Mike, was courteous and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He gave us three options for repair. We settled on the most complete and cost effective repair. The drain pipe was repaired and two new shutoff valves installed. We highly recommend Mountaineer Plumbing.

A technician was able to come out within 24 hrs for a non emergent leak. David fixed the washer hookups and an outside hose bib. On top of current work, he was able to provide a quote for future work that will need to be done. He was fantastic! We appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism the company demonstrated. Mountaineer was a great service. I had no wait time for a service call. My tech Chris Kuhn was incredibly helpful. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and was overly courteous working in my newly renovated home. I will use Mountaineering Plumbing again.

This was my first experience win Mountaineer plumbing. I could not be any more pleased. The problem took a turn sideways but Chris (my technician)took charge and gave me my options and then fulfilled them all. He was very conscientious and took care of all the details.
