I'm not too sure about their service, but if it's anything like their drivers, they are anything but courteous. One of their drivers heading west on paseo del norte was driving absolutely insanely! Tailgating people and cutting people off, I thought he was going to rear end a few people. Licences plate number 417 NZR must have gotten his license at taco bell. He should not be allowed on the road period. Watch out for that guy

Courtesy was able to quickly and professionally address my frozen AC unit when other local contractors could not. Ron was a great technician. Service was honest, quick, and reasonable.

Courtesy has fixed three different issues with my 40 year old radiant heat boiler in the past three years. They are always very responsive, do excellent work, and take the time to explain exactly what they did and why. Thanks!!!

We were visiting my wife’s dad when I noticed a galvanized pipe on the water heater that was about to let go. Contacted Courtesy and the whole experience was flawless, from setting up the appointment through getting a call when the tech was on his way. Jerry was great and replaced the bad parts with brass so we’ll never have an issue again. Highly recommended.

Courtesy Plumbing and Heating went above beyond our expectations. We've used a swamp cooler all our lives. AC conversion was a plan but because of the cost we thought we would have to pay, we postponed the installation each year. With this years higher than normal temps, our swamp cooler was not keeping up. I called Charles at Courtesy who came out and provided an estimate. I also received estimates from other competitors in the area, with two others being aggressively higher. Based off of other reviews on Google, and Charles professionalism, we decided to have Courtesy convert our AC. The team at Courtesy were very professional during the install. They were kind and had great manners. After the install, I was guided on what work was done, maintenance, and expectations. I was also taught how to use the digital thermostat. We couldn't' be happier with the work tat was completed. Great job, and we will continue to use this business for future maintenance.

We love courtesy. They have been our plumber, HVAC and Electricians for years. They are honest, trustworthy and responsive. We just recently replaced our furnace and ac unit. Excellent service. Kayla was very pleasant to deal with on the phone. Scott was a pleasure to deal with when he came out to diagnose the problem. The technician, Nick did a great job replacing the motor. He fully tested the system to verify everything was working correctly. He was very friendly and left the area clean when he finished. My furnace started blowing out cold air. I needed someone reliable to come out and fix the problem. After seeing the high reviews from others, I chose Air Care NM. I was not disappointed. They scheduled me in quickly and were communicative throughout the process. The individual performing the work was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. The customer service and care from absolutely EVERYONE at Air Care New Mexico is over the top and actually at times catches you off guard. They will take the time to answer all your questions no matter how many questions you may have about the work they will do for you. I know first hand, because I asked countless questions before I pulled the trigger on a new AC system. All the while not making you feel the slightest bit at being a bother. They run like a well oiled machine when the day comes for the work to be done. When then the work and if there is an issue, they will address it straight away and call you a few days later to follow up to be sure you are satisfied and everything is working properly. Who actually does that any more?! Lastly, the communication between them and you is outstanding. Work with Air Care was/is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Air Care. Very happy with the service and professionalism provided during a PM to my heat pump system. Steve, the technician who did my work was great at showing me what was being done and why. He even fixed an issue on my propane furnace that I had not scheduled. I will be calling them back in the future.

This was a follow-up call on a possible malfunction of the condenser pump. I was grateful that even after identifying that the leak was not coming from their equipment, Scott took the time to investigate and suggest several possibilities of where the water was coming from. This company has courteous and conscientious employees.
