Wagner is prompt, honest and affordable. They found a way to clean and fix our Hvac unit enough to prevent us from having to replace the whole unit immediately, for under $2000 they gave us a few more years wiggle room with the one we have. We had a plumbing emergency the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to come out the day after Thanksgiving and fix it for under $250! The customer service is so great and the technicians are so proffessional and competent. Wagner seems to understand that most people who own homes and have an emergency are on a budget and need good work done that isn't going to break you financially. They are great at accommodating everyone. I signed up for the yearly membership and im so glad I did. The membership includes 2 check ups a year for our Hvac and discounts on emergency visits and repairs. They also offer financing with no interest for on Hvac units that allow you to replace your system without having to take out a huge loan. I highly recommend this company. They are our go to for plumbing and Hvac services.

Wagner sent Julian Gomez to my little house on the hill. The electrical outlets in 2 bathrooms were without power, without a visible cause. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went about in a respectful (to me and home ) manner to correct it. I now have a new GFCI outlet and can use all outlets again. Happy on the hill once more.

Installed outdoor light fixture with re-routing of wiring. Looks beautiful. Rewired and installed ring door bell. He was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I would certainly like to work with him again

Great experience! Installed our new A/C system. The team arrived on time, completed the work professionally, and even cleaned up afterward. The project manager was helpful, and the system is working perfectly. Highly recommended!"

We hired Wagner Mechanical to do various electrical repairs in our home including installing new dimmer switches, timers, GFI outlets, ceiling fans and other general repairs. Jonathan was professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the work he performed. We definitely would recommend Wagner to anyone who needs electrical work done.

My furnace blower motor went out. I called and they sent a tech the same day, which I appreciated. The tech looked at it and said the motor is too old and I need a new furnace. I am a full-time caregiver to my two disabled children. I have a very limited, fixed income and no way can I afford a new furnace. No effort was made to find a suitable replacement motor. I paid almost $100 for a service call/sales pitch. So I found a different company and had it repaired, saving me $9000.

I had spilt vents installed June 2025 (22k). They sent a very young crew that overlooked issues and had to have them back out to fix them. The bid I reviewed for the job did not include tax ( unbeknown to me). It was the way to get the low bid from the three I received. So it was a surprise that several thousand dollars were added on later to the final bill. I called numerous times and left messages with support team requesting to speak to a manager. NO ONE called back. Not a good experience.

Update 9/11: Still leaking after another visit from warranty team. We’re at almost two months now. Adding a video of the dripping.
We have a mini split head unit that has been leaking since July 13 (so over a month, as of now). We've had technicians come out five separate times for the leaking unit, but it has yet to be fixed. We were told the drainage pipe is not sufficiently graded, which sounds like a workmanship issue, then we were also told the pressure is low in the compressor unit. Both of those have been 'fixed', but the leaking continues. Now, it's theorized the drip pan is the issue and they're going to replace that. But we have to wait for the part to arrive in stock before they will schedule our next tech visit. Uncertainty and life disruption continue. The head unit leaks every day, so we'll be dealing with that in the meantime. I've asked to speak to management/a supervisor about this ongoing issue, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Maybe I’ll be contacted after posting this review; I hope so…
Additionally, when we bought the mini split system, we were sold this incredibly efficient system, but our utilities bills have been approximately flat since install. The system also doesn't work well. We were told the head units we have would be sufficient to heat and cool our entire house, but that's simply not the case. For instance, the unit in our second story does not heat or cool sufficiently into the bathroom and closet, and our kitchen doesn't get sufficient heating or cooling either. -
Jesus Telles did an outstanding job for our yearly heater inspection. He really listened when I said it doesn’t reach the thermostat temperature (unlike previous inspections). He jumped right in and found a manufacturer defect that prevented the second stage from firing up. He explained every step to me which I really appreciated.

Levi was terrific. Patiently explained everything he was doing, went the extra mile with the job and cleaned up after he finished. This was a three day job and we were very happy with the result. Wagner has done other work for us. We highly recommend them.

Wagner sent out technician Andrew Roman when I could not keep my heater running on a very cold day. He figured out the problem immediately was a flame sensor and took it out and cleaned it and didn’t even need to replace it. But he was also very thorough checking out the system and showed me how dirty the burners were and a pipe. He took everything apart and cleaned everything up very thoroughly and checked everything on the system out. In addition to being a great technician, Andrew is a very personable guy and it was a pleasure to have him here.

Jesus was efficient. He explained what was wrong thoroughly, and fixed our furnace without any issues. It was easy to schedule online. They verified the appointment the day before and texted when the technician would arrive. They followed upt to make sure we had a good experience.

Levi worked deligently competently and professionally to troubleshoot and resolve my electrical issues. He was concise with his feedback and explanations and deftly worked to solve my issues. I can say the same about the other two technicians (a manager, nonetheless) that assisted. It was a more than productive and satisfying experience and would definitely consider using Levi again. Thank you.

TLDR: The service was fast and effective. However, they hooked up my washer wrong in a way that would have easily destroyed it over time.
Wagner sent two servicemen, who initially thought they would only have a 50% chance of clearing the washer drain. Then I pointed out a cut-out in the dry wall that seemed to involve access to a pipe. Turns out that was the cleanout. After that, it took less than 30 minutes to resolve the issue. They also performed a free evaluation of my water heater, noticing and fixing a small settings issue in regards proper installation code.
Everything mentioned above was a 5 star service. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is we noticed the washer getting extremely hot when used after their visit. It turns out they connected the hot line to the cold input of the washer. This swap happened due to them needing extra room to access the cleanout behind the washer. This would have quickly destroyed the washer if unnoticed, which can easily happen if you set it and leave. -
Your employees were very professional and knowledgeable. The work they accomplished was excellent. They arrived on time and immediately started the job. They asked us how we wanted things done. They cared about our wants and needs. I would definitely hire Wagner mechanical
Again. Thank you for your quality work and care. -
Technician was courteous and fixed the problem pretty quick (~1.5 hrs) with no leaks. I’m not a plumber and have never soldered pipes and didn’t want to learn today so I was willing to pay the price. Photos of before and after cost me $780. Extremely conservative parts estimate would be like $50, so that leaves labor at like $300 an hour.

Best plumbing business in Albuquerque by far. Fair, friendly, honest and professional. Great people to work with.

I trust them to work on my hvac. They have done installation and come to fix things we are no longer able to do ourselves. It’s nice to have this company to rely on.
-
Do not use this company. I wasted half my morning, TOOK TIME OFF WORK for my 83O appointment with them only to call when they didn't show up and find out they never scheduled me. "Oh I made a mistake", no apology or anything. Great way to run a business. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have found Courtesy Plumbing to be very professional, very competent, friendly, and very clean with their work at our home and our large work place. I continue to use them. Tito Chavez
