After hail storm system inspection was performed. Technician checked and advised us of all damages to our two units. Very professional and competent , good communication and explanation of the damage we sustained! A complete estimate was sent to us for repairs or replacement costs.

Started having more problems with my 27 year old furnace last winter. I was told I need a new furnace. I contacted them in July to get a more recent estimate. In late August I approve the estimate. Sent a deposit in. After they received it they called and gave me an appointment within three days. The guys arrived on time. They were, once again, very professional. Installation of new furnace was complete the same day. I would definitely contact Air Care NM for any HVAC or plumbing issues in the future.

Our furnace pilot light wouldn't stay lit so we had no heat. After trying several HVAC companies, that were booked out two weeks, Air Care New Mexico was able to schedule us four days after our call. Two days later a winter storm was coming in and Katrina (who was very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke with her) called and said they could get us in two days early and Jonathan came within a half an hour. He was professional and polite and was able to rapidly diagnose the problem. He then fixed it quickly and we had heat before the storm.

They have a senior discount so if you are a senior be sure to ask about it. We found the prices to be fair. We will definitely use Air Care New Mexico when we have any other HVAC issues in the future and would recommend them to others.

It is hard to find a company now days that is reliable and reasonably priced. Air Care is both, especially for us senior folks that are on a limited income. Will use them again.

Air Care NM moved a furnace from my roof to ground level. This meant moving the gas line, the electric and reducting. They were professional and explained everything. I highly recommend them.

Blower motor was making a weird noise. Daniel came out and diagnosed it, showed up on time. Lots of communication. Easy fix, explained it well. Seemed to care about saving me money, not looking to find things to fix. Great experience

Great, friendly service! I will use them again for all of my HVAC needs. Nick was great-fixed everything in no time and explained it all in a way they even I could understand.

Air Care NM was recommended as a local company by a neighbor so we asked them to take a look at our HVAC thermostat. The air conditioner was not shutting off when we turned it off at the thermostat, but it would shut off at the breaker. They sent a technician out, we showed him the thermostat that was not functioning. He spent over 2 and a quarter hours here troubleshooting and then replaced the thermostat and a fan part. Our bill was $641! The time spent and the charge for 3 hours of labor were excessive, since we pointed out the problem to the tech. I spoke with one of the company owners about the excessive amount of time spent and the high labor charge. They refunded just one hour of labor and justified the long amount of time and high labor charge. I would not use them again nor recommend them, unfortunately, despite them being a local company, as I think the tech worked very slowly resulting in us being overcharged.

I have used Air Care NM for many years. Always prompt, always efficient and friendly. As long as Scott and Kayla own this company, I wouldn't even consider using anybody else.

We don’t often take the time to rate a company but in this case it’s a must. Starting with convenience in scheduling for the next day to arriving on time. Professional services with good pricing. Air Care New Mexico is our new go to for all our heating and cooling needs.

Our 2 year old furnace stopped working a few days before Thanksgiving. Air Care NM came out same day on a Saturday morning and diagnosed that it needed a blower motor that wasn’t in stock in Albuquerque so had to overnight it. Scott came back when the part was in stock and had it installed no problem and was able to save our Thanksgiving as we had a lot of family coming over.
Kayla and Scott are the owners. They are extremely professional and really care and worked really hard to make sure that we got our furnace back as soon as possible.

I have used Air Care NM on two occasions and in both cases their response to my request for service was timely and completely satisfactory.
Most recently my in-floor ETS Hydronic furnace developed an error code after an extended electrical power outage. The Air Care office staff were very responsive to my request for assistance and scheduled a technician visit to my home the next day. The Technician diagnosed the problem, which required a new circuit board that had to be ordered from an out of state manufacture. Once again, the office staff were quick to responded to my request for expedited shipment of the needed part and scheduling a technician visit to install the new part. Technician Scott Becker installed the new part and got the unit back on line in a professional manner.
I can highly recommend Air Care NM for service to correct problem with ETS heating systems. Many thanks to office personnel Kayla and Technician Scott for their attention and help with getting my heating system back online.

Air Care New Mexico did a quick, professional job on our heating and air conditioning units. They diagnosed the problem we were having within just a few minutes of arrival. Then they took the time to make repairs and thoroughly test the system. Not only did the job get completed right away, but they were super kind and worked around our classes full of kids running around. Finally, they explained everything to me. I highly recommend them.

We scheduled Air Care NM to have our air ducts cleaned because we were having excess dust, expecially in our bedroom and master bath. Moises discovered that we had holes in our duct work that were causing insulation and dust coming into our home. Not only did he show us with pictures the amount of damage, he also took off the vent and checked another room for us and the damage was there as well. We are now faced with fixing this very expensive issue. We are very grateful for Moises' expertise in identifying this issue. He had already taken into our home all of his equipment and spent about an hour with us and did not charge us anything. He was sorry that we have this problem and was very caring and sympathetic. We wholeheartedly refer Moises for any air cleaning duct work services because he is very honest, thorough, and caring.

My wife and I had issues with our furnace for last year. I’ve had 9 Different heating air conditioning companies come out the last two I’m not gonna say their names were horrible and I spent over $1000 with no results Scott. The owner of Air Care came out spent an hour and 45 minutes and didn’t charge us to diagnose a problem and got us up and running I highly recommend Air Care New Mexico if anybody has any issues with their AC or home heating unit he’s honest fair and very responsible. we’re very lucky to find him. It just sucks that we had to go through eight different companies.

Scott the technician arrived right on time and co within the first 5 -7 minutes diagnosed the problem with my wall unit heater. He repaired the faulty piece updated our thermostat in a timely manner. Friendly workmanship.

I've been on the hunt for a genuinely honest HVAC company, and I think I found them. They came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine who had 3-4 different other companies out who all spent like 15 minutes "diagnosing" before telling him it was toast and he needed to replace his whole system. Then somebody from Air Care New Mexico came out, spent an hour diagnosing, and fixed it for $250.

I had a similar experience. They came out, spent plenty of time diagnosing and genuinely figuring out how the whole thing worked. Then they did some maintenance, we have a plan for long-term, and they've got a smart solution in mind for how to fix the whole system more permanently once we figure out if it has a refrigerant leak.

Honestly amazing work, and they seemed SUPER honest. I'm going to recommend them to everyone.
