After a less than great experience with a different company, ACNM was a breath of fresh air. They worked us in on short notice during a very nasty snow storm. Scott fixed our furnace very quickly and took his time explaining not only what he was doing, but maintenance and other troubleshooting things I could do on my own. He really went above and beyond. Professional, reliable and very reasonable! Thank you so much!

I can't say enough good things about this company! From my first phone interaction with Katrina to Jared fixing our furnace, they were very friendly, professional and communicative. Service was prompt and fairly priced.

I had two separate companies come out and look at my unit. One of them told me it would be $2,000 to repair. Another one told me I would need to replace the whole thing and that's going to cost me $12,000. Nick came out, fixed my problem and charged me $160. I'm blown away by the outstanding service that I received today. I can't thank Nick enough for what he did for me and my family. But I will say I'm very disappointed with the previous people who came and looked and I'll probably be leaving more reviews for them, but they won't be this nice. Thanks again Nick, you're more than amazing!

This is the second time we've used Air Care for our heating/air conditioning needs. They installed mini-splits in our house and we are extremely happy with the product, the price, and the service!! The technicians were courteous and efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the day, They showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job on the installation. Scott and Kayla and the rest of the crew's integrity, something that is all too rare these day's, earned our trust and admiration. They are our go-to for any future HVAC issues - I highly recommend them!!

Amazing we were leaving town before Thanksgiving and our heater didn't work we were stressing about getting it fixed the day before our trip. I contacted these guys and they had it done same day and also fixed other issues with our van. Normally it takes day no one has ever has a vehicle fixed and out so soon I highly recommend these guys customer service was excellent and they even checked on us after the work was done 😀 just all around impressed with the services recieved.

The technician was thorough and professional. After the initial service I experienced some problems. Air Care responded with same day service to address the problems and everything was operating correctly within two hours. Excellent service both in the office and onsite.

Had some concerns with my boiler in my house. Made a call to Air Care New Mexico and they had a service appointment scheduled right away. My technician showed up when they said he would. I definitely will use them again! Keeping with the date and time was a big thumbs up for me.

Amazing! We had two other contractors tell us that you could not get a new compressor for our heat pump/AC and that we would have to replace the entire system due to the age and it being R22.
Scott said that yes, that was a possibility but he would try to find a new compressor for it. And he did! ( don't think the others even looked). So we were able to save over $8,000!

Also, we have a home warranty contract that they had to work through to get us a partial reimbursement. It was a bit of a pain for them to do this for us, but they did. :-)

Highly, highly recommend this company! Local, fair, knowledgeable, efficient.....they work WITH the customer and don't try to upsell you.

Had my furnace repaired by Jared. He was very punctual, informative, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and replaced a fuse very quickly. He also checked all of the vents to be sure there was proper ventilation and did a carbon monoxide testing as well. He is a great asset to your company and I wouldn't hesitate to call on your company again for future repairs. Thank you for the great service. It is very much appreciated!

The blower motor on my AC sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on. AirCare's techs replaced the motor in about an hour, and now it's quiet and runs great again. No up-sale pressure, just repaired problem and at a great price.
