My 20 year old AC stopped working. Tim was great to deal with! Shout out to Tim, Ryan, and Jason who work in the heat installing my new AC so my family, cats included, could finally sleep!

I had an issue with my furnace just yesterday. The people that I originally hired were a TOTAL DISASTER. I was given Tim Hasson's number. He sent his son Ryan to my house within a half an hour of my call. Ryan was professional and so courteous. He fixed my problem within 20 minutes!!! Thank you Tim and Ryan for such GREAT SERVICE!!! Tim and his team were amazing!
His son, nephew and helpers were very skilled and extremely respectful. Had full install of air conditioning and furnace. They use top equipment Rheem. Price for the job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend 5* energy solutions.

Great locally owned family business. Tim is very timely with communication and service calls. He's great at explaining the work that needs to be done and breaking down the cost of all the work. He explained what work is worth paying for, and what work is worth learning to do yourself - something I've never gotten from a contractor before. Very sensible pricing, easy to work with, won't leave you in the cold.

Tim and Ryan have been fantastic. Much more personable than the “big guys”. Very prompt and knowledgeable, they’ve always come out right away for my furnace/AC issues, and even replaced my hot water tank on very short notice. Extremely fair pricing too!! Definitely give these guys a call first! I HIGHLY recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.

Ryan has always taken care of my properties. I wont ever use anyone else. Tim has taught his son the importance of honesty, craftsmanship and more importantly always doing the right thing even when nobody’s watching. These guys are truly awesome

I called Tim last night for my AC and he was here first thing in the morning. Took him maybe 20 minutes to fix it and get us back up and running. What I thought was going to be a very expensive very long process was very quick and very affordable. Highly recommend

Tim is the man and helped me and my family during an emergency no heat. His swift diagnosis, troubleshooting skills, knowledge and expertise well exceeded my expectations. He goes above and beyond and cares for his customers. He’s very good with communicating and explaining issues for someone who doesn’t regularly deal with furnaces. I feel like I’ve known Tim for years and we just met. That’s textbook customer service. He’s someone you should pick first for dodgeball. EDIT: Last night I had a part go out on my furnace and I contacted Tim. He immediately responded .He fortunately had the part in stock and let me stop by his shop and pick it up. It was late at night and again, this company CARES about their customers. Tim came to the rescue once again!

Tim and his Team were amazing. My furnace has stopped working on a very cold day. Tim was quickly over to my home to assess the situation. It was determined that while repairs could be completed, the furnace was at it's life expectancy. Tim thoroughly talked through the available options and process for each.

I decided to have Tim and Team install a new furnace, which was installed the very next day. Five Star wars prompt and courteous while doing their work.
