So impressed and happy with my service from Bolton today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Eric, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Eric was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having. So relieved that they are both something that can be fixed! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC, and was so considerate to always wear shoe covers in the house.

Eric G. was on time, personable & professional. He did a great job performing my the maintenance repairs needed. He took time to explain his findings. I have been a Bolton customer over 20 years & they always exceed my expectations.

Wonderful service. Above and beyond communication and customer service. Other electricians quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and used intimidation tactics. Their work was literally 85% cheaper than what I was quoted by others. 85%!!!!!!

Always get a second quote. I have used Bolton at my business and at my home and I have never been happier.

Specifically, let me shout out Larry who helped me with the contract and controlling costs. Then Chris and John show up and get the work done, not wasting anytime and being very helpful throughout. They were friendly even nice to my barking chihuahua mix crazy dog and professional. I had my own Smoke Detectors they helped to install. They were thorough but not trying to charge me more, just literally being helpful as they walked through my home inspection (as I asked) to address concerns. They were flexible and gave me ideas to save money. What I was told is that they are not commission or hourly, but salary and so they do not have an incentive to charge me more.

I told them my priority was safety and then costs. They double checked some outlets in case previous work was not to code and I feel good about the safety of my home. (of course if that changes, I will let you know!)

Will Bolton is in my Rotary Club and I cannot recommend Bolton Construction and Service any higher. Really good group.

I've been using Bolton's for years. They've replaced both my HVAC units over the years. This visit by them was to perform my annual heating system checkup. I was given a time window of when I could expect them. The fellow called when he was about 20 minutes away, which I like. Two fellows showed up, introduced themselves and I showed them where my 2 heating units were. They went about their business, checking and testing things out. They turned off the lights when they were finished in an area, which I liked. I usually have to go and turn them off after workers have left. When they finished, they filled me in on how everything was, did their paperwork, had me sign and were gone. They were very friendly, socialable guys. A very good experience, as usual.

Edit to response: So many lies. The tank wasn't leaking. It was the threads on the anode rod that screws into the tank. They corode over time. It wasn't even removed for inspection. I wasn't home and my partner approved your upsell because you convinced her that the tank was older and you have more profit in replacement. She thought that her service contract was saving her, which was a joke and the reason she quickly canceled it. I did pay labor every time because your poor warranty doesn't include it, your labor is so ridiculous it would cost the same as paying a competitor to do it with cost of the part. Your tech made the marks on the previous hack job repair. I only adjusted the temp to the lowest setting so of course it read 115 on vacation setting. You never checked it on hot or waited for it finish heating. Check your phone recording and show me where you offered a no charge and apology lol.
Worst service company in the area!! Absurd prices and even worse customer service. Charged over $2K for a water heater replacement when we only needed an anode rod replacement. Only agreed because we had a maintenance plan and provided a 10-year warranty. Valve went out around one year later. The second valve started leaking about a year after that. Was charged over $300 each time. The pressure relief valve started leaking the next day after the second valve was replaced. Charged over $100 to replace it. Claimed it wasn't under warranty, but didn't leak until they messed with it when bleeding the tank. Still refused accountability. Their response was "plumbers are expensive." About 6-8 months later the water temp was 150° on the setting for 120° and never got over 135° prior, and the setting was never adjusted. Had to turn it down to the lowest setting to get 120° because it was scolding hot, and it still reaches a high temp of 135°. The technician for the gas company said that I needed to have them replace that valve because it's faulty. He also mentioned how they left the gas lines wet from the leak solution that will corode the fittings. They came out for 15 minutes, took a temp reading, and said that will be another $200! Of course the reading was 115°, and "not doing it now" because I turned it to the lowest possible setting to avoid burns. Plus the tank had not been running in for a while before the temp was measured. Questioned the ridiculous charge (no repair was even attempted, and literally spent 15 minutes just taking a temp of the water), and they connected me with Brian Wood. Guy is a real jerk with no customer service whatsoever. He said to find another company. I'm glad I didn't go with them for our HVAC system replacement. Their quote was the highest out of more than 7 estimates, and they didn't even include installing new ductwork as the others did, and when I asked for a new quote with ductwork (which we asked for in the first place), they never even responded. The company that I did go with has come out a couple of times to correct a few minor issues and never once asked for additional money. These guys would have charged every time and don't stand behind their work. All they care about is how much they can milk their customers for. The technicians they sent out are young apprentices with tons of misinformation. One told me a yellow flame on a gas burner is normal. Any good technician will tell you it should be blue, and they were even questioning each other on the second repair. They didn't even know how to test the gas pressure in the line. Had to get the gas company to come out. When I asked what the code is for the temp setting, they responded that they can't leave unless it's 120° or less. Well, it was 135° consistently after they left the last repair, and now it's 150° on the same setting, There are 4 more higher setting positions. I'd hate to see what the temp is at on those settings! Stay away from these overpriced clowns! Obviously, they don't care about residential service because they have commercial contracts. At least send quality technicians if you're going to be the highest price in town.

Chris Davis and his partner are awesome! Always Funny, personable and down to earth! They do great work in the Process!! I've had them out to my property many times to do work! They Also, do great plumbing work also at Bolton! Done that too!! Can't go wrong with this company! This is how you stay in Business, they care for their customer!! Give Chris Davis a Raise $$$$ he is worth it !!

Devlin was very professional with our after hours emergency plumbing issue. After the initial issues were repaired one additional problem arose around 1 am. He offered two options and was willing to stay until the problem was resolved. We agreed with a plan of action.

The next day Devlin and his apprentice arrived and quickly resolved the last issue. He explained everything that was completed and what actions we needed to do after the proper adhesive set time. He stated what the manufacturer recommends and then advised if we could wait a couple of hours later it would be best.

I very rarely get the opportunity to praise people’s performance these days but gladly recommend Devlin and you will be lucky when he arrives to handle your issues.

I took the time to send him a text message closing the loop on the excellent status of our repairs after pressuring the system to thank him for his effort and professionalism.

Ben was friendly and helpful. Our problem wasn’t obvious, but he was in full investigative mode. He asked clarifying questions, and after I explained my situation a bit more, he checked one more place. Bingo, he found the problem after he listened and search each area of my house.

I have been a Bolton customer for over 30 years, and I have never been disappointed. All staff members are knowledgeable and customer focused. All of my heating, air, plumbing, and electrical needs are quickly addressed. They are honest, caring, and will stick with a problem until completely solved. Bolton is the kind of company that all home owners hope to find when they need help.

David is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient plumber. He has helped with two new toilet installs, an outside spigot, and several other things. When I use Bolton, I always ask for David. Very happy with the service!

My air conditioner stopped working so I called Bolton Service center. I did not expect to schedule it on the same day but Kelly, the coordinator, scheduled me right away thankfully. When Marcos arrived, he fixed the issue in one hour. The service was quick and Marcos explained well enough for me to understand about the issue and price. Thanks, Bolton Service!

Our water heater died last winter. I called Bolton because they had installed the heater 10 years prior. I sent Bolton pictures of the unit and they came out 1 day later than they originally committed. Once on site they refused to replace the heater and would not explain why despite repeated attempts on my part to get an answer. I found it very unprofessional that they would not service their own prior work. I do not recommend Bolton.

Anthony did a great job on my plumbing maintenance inspection and performed a small repair. Very courteous and professional.

Eric and Kenny were great! On time, professional, and they did great work in assessing what caused us an extreme water bill and then repairing our sinks and toilets.

They also helped us understand how we can complete some home projects we are considering for our stove and outdoor grill.

One evening last week, water sprayed out of the toilet bowl in my guest bathroom, pooling on the floor and wetting the wall and toilet seat. It was after-hours when I called Bolton and I was put in touch with Drew Couture. Drew carefully considered the situation and assured me that this probably wasn’t an emergency. In the morning, Drew arrived at my house and assessed the situation. He checked the toilet, two other toilets in the house, and the vents on my roof. Drew concluded that negative pressure from a small clog in the drain line had caused the problem. At my request, he replaced the components of the guest bathroom toilet.

I have had follow-up questions after Drew’s visit and have texted him at least twice. He has promptly and thoughtfully replied to my questions.

Throughout this “ordeal,” Drew has been a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and personable. I would recommend him to address any plumbing problem.

I was referred to Bolton by a friend who has done business with them for many years. Reece diagnosed and repaired our AC when it quit. He was knowledgeable and kind. The following week Anthony inspected our plumbing and serviced our water heater. I have been pleased with Bolton!

When we lost our AC upstairs, Bolton responded quickly and surely to problem solve the issue, offer a process for repair and replace, and follow through (in our attic) in oppressively hot circumstances. Technicians were not only competent but also friendly, forthcoming with information and process explanation, and follow through. It' s great to have a service that is determined to complete the work effectively.

Their driver (DC1313 vehicle 784) literally closed me off a ramp and almost caused an accident. Hard to trust a company to care about your project when their employees don't care about your life and well-being.
