I highly recommend EKB Construction for any kitchen remodel service. They installed gorgeous granite countertops and handled everything professionally. The amazing crew was skilled and efficient. Staff behavior was nice and welcoming. The pricing was reasonable and worth every penny.

My refrigerator broke the defrost thermostat in the freezer I called all around the city looking for one a universal and Mr Santos's company had it and I went there I obtained it they have a selection of used appliances that are in great condition very clean shop it's it's almost hidden but it's worth going to and giving them their business

I paid a premium price and expected premium service — that is not what I received from A-1 Kitchens By Sierra.

From the start, the project was plagued by instability. Three different designers cycled through my project, none of whom are still employed there, and the office appeared to have a constant revolving door of staff. This alone should have been a red flag.

To make matters worse, the wrong size island was installed in my kitchen. Rather than owning the mistake and making it right, the company refused to take responsibility for the error. This is exactly the kind of accountability you should expect from a company charging premium prices — and it was completely absent.

To be fair, the install technicians themselves were professional and hardworking. I treated them with respect, purchased them meals, and tipped them for working weekends. My issue is not with them.

My issue is with the owner and the broken promises that followed. For 18 months I was strung along with assurances that promised touch-up work would be completed. After all that time, I was told they would not be returning to finish the job. No explanation. No accountability. Just silence.

When you charge a premium, you should stand behind your work. The decision to walk away from a committed customer after 18 months is unprofessional and a poor reflection of the integrity of this business. I would strongly caution anyone considering A-1 Kitchens By Sierra to get every promise in writing and think carefully before signing a contract.

They set me up really quickly on the phone and took care of mine and my mom‘s house one day apart. They did a very thorough job and were there for hours costume they were not trying rush it and they did a good job. I have noticed immediately less allergies and less stuffy nose in the house and even smells nicer. Well priced too
