I found Mikey on Nextdoor and reached out to him to replace a ceiling fan and light fixture. He was able to show up the same day and knocked it out in an hour. Did a great job! Reasonable cost as well. He did a great job and I will definitely use him for future home needs.

My experience was positive from beginning to end, from my initial phone consultation with Oscar to the outstanding service provided by Gary Pineda, technician. As an older woman I truly appreciated the professionalism Gary demonstrated. He was extremely well trained, had an excellent work ethic (hard to find these days), was an excellent communicator, was organized and did the work efficiently and completely. I hope he is appreciated by management for his hard work and dedication to his company and job. In the future I will certainly recommend OGD and Mr. Gary Pineda to relatives and friends.

Honest, pleasant technician checked garage door + motor, said it was fine. Thank you. However, you left the chain gear in neutral, now I have to work with it until it works. I've done this before they're picky.
UPDATE i could not get it to work. We'll have to pay a Las Cruces company to come out tomorrow.
Oh by the way, if you call them, it may be any number of call centers, the call centers don't know what a garage door is.!!!!

These guys are the real deal. When others could not diagnose and repair my generator they were able to using a real technical approach based off data rather than guessing. They offer a shuttle service as well. Thank you

Called Mr. Hernandez twice. First day didn’t respond to the pictures he had asked for. The second day, I had to reach out and luckily he answered.

We agreed on a price and a timeframe, which he never called or showed up. It’s ok, to get busy but some kind of communication would have been good.

We’re all busy as well and most of us don’t have the time to sit around and wait for someone that’s not going to show up.

José and his son were extremely thorough—so thorough that the sellers of the house I was buying were visibly annoyed by how in-depth the inspection was.

They were honest, prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and saved me a lot of money by catching things that were not readily visible.

I highly recommend them. 10/10.

I decided to build my House with Winton, and I wanted my house just like the model home. The differences I chose were the colors, and some upgrades. However, through the construction of the house I encountered mistakes.

The wall Niche was not installed (later changed, and installed)

The shower was being constructed to a different layout than what I have asked (later changed, and installed)

The garage window that the sale’s man told me that came with the house as we both saw it on the model home, was not installed in my house until later. (I had to show picture evidence of 4-5 model homes of the same layout as mine, for him to admit that there was a mistake)

Sliding back windows were crooked and dirt was coming inside of the house (had to call the warranty after closing so they could fix it)

Roof niche in model home was installed wrong; they had to tear down the sheet rock to properly fix it.

Wrong kitchen lights were installed because they were out of stock of the ones I chose in the color selection (took them around a month to replace)

The lights I chosen in the color selection were not installed (the foreman at closing told me that the house was being turned in as it, without the lights that i had chosen because they had already installed some led lights.)

The garage panels of the door were damaged, and they told me to place it on the 30 day warranty. Once I did, they said they had replaced them and would not cover them. (No one came to replace them)

My bathtub was installed with a hole and was not replaced. Just fixed a patch.

They installed the wrong sink, after i paid the upgrade for a farmers sink. (later it was replaced before closing), but the sink that they gave me was scratched, and they did not want to cover it under the warranty.

The floor tiles came with welding stains, and they had to be replaced under the warranty

Javier Espalin did an amazing job with our shower remodel. He was very efficient with his time and respectable all around. He got us back online quickly and with professional work. Rebath was wonderful to work with.

I reached out to Luis about a few projects we needed in our new home. It was a laundry list, but he was up to the task. I needed a 101 lbs 10' butcher block installed as a desk in my office, along with installing monitor mounts. In addition to that, I also needed 77" and 65" televisions mounted. Within a couple of days he was already at my house working on the TV mounts. We didn't have the brackets yet for the desk, but as soon as they arrived, he was back within 1 business day. The desk and TVs came out great. Luis is professional, quick, and skilled. I will definitely be calling him for any other projects I need done.

No calls returned and no one showed up the day of the appointment. Poor customer service!

I used them for two different houses and they did an excellent job both times. Very knowledgeable and I recommend you allow them to do your pest inspection as well. They are thorough

Luis and Carlos did a great job repairing some drywall and baseboards. The texture matched beautifully. Now all we need to do is paint over the repair and you would never know there was a hole in the wall. Very responsive, on time And professional. He even fixed a kitchen drawer that was giving us problems.Can’t recommend enough!

Eli just finished my surround sound in my living room, plus 2 restrooms. I have to say Eli did an excellent job.
