Best iron works has got to be hands down the most honest, professional and knowledgeable company we have worked with! We have had the worst experiences with the last 5 contractors we worked with prior to meeting Frank. Not only was he patient with all our questions and hesitations he was very kind and explained the whole process and KEPT HIS WORD. We cannot express how satisfied we are with this company! Both Andrew and German took care of even the small details… they worked so swiftly and ensured they left a clean worksite! From beginning to end they showed the pride they have in their work.
Please do yourself a favor and give them a chance you won’t regret it!

AAA/Isaac performed a Home Mold, and Termite inspection, he was extremely punctual. His report was very succinct and thorough. Their office staff worked extremely well with our realtor, and they provided follow-up and excellent communication. I definitely recommend them!! They came through for me while on my 7 day Open Period while purchasing a house.
AAA does both Termite and Home inspections.

Do not use this service. I bought a dryer from Santos Appliance & Repair, and within only 7 months it already stopped working properly. When I called to ask for help, instead of standing behind the product they sold me, I was treated very disrespectfully.

He sent someone to check the dryer, and the technician said it could cost between $100–$200 to repair, plus installation fees. I was shocked because the dryer had not even lasted a year. I called Santos directly to discuss the issue, understand why the dryer failed so quickly, and possibly negotiate buying another dryer at a reasonable price since this one barely lasted.

Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue professionally, he repeatedly told me he could not understand me and kept insisting that my husband call instead. Mind you, my husband is currently deployed out of the country, so I am the one handling everything at home. As a customer, I should be able to speak for myself and ask questions about a product I purchased without being dismissed or treated differently.

I even asked how much a replacement dryer would cost if I decided to buy another one from him, and he told me he was not going to sell me one and that I should buy from somewhere else. When I asked if all of his dryers only last 7 months, he completely ignored the question, kept saying to have my husband call, and then hung up on me.

The customer service was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. A business should treat customers with respect, especially when they are having issues with a product they purchased. Instead of trying to help, he avoided responsibility, refused to communicate properly, and made the situation even more frustrating.

I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you want reliable appliances and respectful customer service. Spending your hard-earned money on appliances that fail within months and then being treated poorly afterward is not worth it.

I chose Mo’s Appliance Repair primarily because they are veteran owned and share their faith on the website. I was not disappointed! Hugo, the technician who came was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my ice maker and fixed it. They give a great guarantee and price is very reasonable!

I don't think I've ever worked with a company that communicates, is punctual, has quick service and has decent pricing. Great job Manuel, Russ and Ismael. Definitely reccomend this place.

Mo’s has alway been our go to for repairs! The last two times we had Elijah and he is super knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to get us taken care of. Can’t speak enough about how we highly recommend him and this company.

I recently used an affordable dumpster and junk removal service, and overall, it was a pretty positive experience. I was a bit surprised when only one person showed up to handle the job, but they were efficient and got right to work. It was clear they knew what they were doing. Despite the initial concern about having just one person, I was impressed with how quickly they cleared everything out. They were friendly and professional, making the process much smoother than I expected.

Great work at an affordable price! Replaced carpet that was torn up by dogs and it looks like new! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Edwards homes. At first, they make it seem like everything is good quality no issues. WRONG! I have multiple issues like the stucco( many cracks), light issues, shower head leak, garage leak, and low quality rock wall. I bought a new house to avoid any issues however it’s a massive headache. The warrant department takes months(five months) to fix an issue, although it’s been reported in the 30 day list. Even then they fix it, the issue continues such as the shower leaks and stucco. I recommend another house builder. Take ur time to find ur right house and don’t rush like I did. Talk to ur neighbors ask them if they experience any issues with the builder. Months later talking to my neighbors they experience the same issue. I hope everything gets resolved soon.. still haven’t had my house warming party. DO NOT COMPLETE THE REVIEW WHEN ASKED BY GINA! I’ll suggest to wait to give ur honest opinion.

I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed decision about Southwestern Home Products.
The owner personally came to my home, took measurements, and assessed the installation area, including seeing my dog. However, the pet door that was ordered and installed was the wrong size, which required corrections later on.
While I was willing to move forward and resolve the issue, the situation resulted in a significantly higher final cost. Additionally, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations, particularly in the finishing details.
I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating.
In the end, I am left needing to hire someone else to correct the work.
Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing all details and expectations before proceeding with this company
