Reviews of local pros in El Paso, Texas

Beto is conscientious, direct, professional, and honest. My floors were refinished. His crew is excellent, they started on time and ended on time, exactly as scheduled. The work area was masked to minimize dust excellently. They did my stairs, master bedroom, and closet; the final product exceeded my expectations. The beauty and durability are totally worth the cost. I highly recommend Wood floors by Beto.

Beyond grateful and blessed to have found Santos repair. When others were going to charge hundreds or couldnt even offer to help us, he was dedicated in helping us find the washing machine part we needed (pump for an LG top). He spent time talking and texting to help us find something that would work at an unbeatable price. We drove 40 minutes each way to his shop.

THANK YOU!!!

Went in person to inquire about if they could do a small job for us. The man was outside and didn’t even offer to take us inside the business. He asked we text him our address so he could come to our home for an estimate at noon the following day. We’ve made several attempts by text and phone calls unanswered to confirm. Waiting until noon to see if he shuts up. It is 3/5 11:38 a.m.

For being a first time home buyer I had no idea of what to expect from an inspection . Luckily Rod was there to answer any questions I had regarding minor issues with the home. He also explained with great detail the walk through as well as to pinpoint things I had missed prior from my first walk through. I would definitely recommend to new home buyers. Thank you for being a great help.

When it comes to services like roofing, or contracting in general "trust" is what people look for the most. You can trust that Jeff and his skills workers will deo the job right. We've worked with Jeff to ensure our customers have a roof that doesn't leak, at a fair price. We prefer to refer a company that does it right the first time.

Mr Appliance of El Paso is very knowledgeable and professional, and an excellent value because he quickly identifies the problem, orders the part(s) if necessary, and promptly returns and quickly does the repair. Obviously a well trained and skilled technician.

I’ve been with them for four years now. The alarm system are great . Anything I need or something not working they always come right away. Great customer service.

I would highly recommend Meraz Floors, Edgar and his team are very truly professionals. Beyond that, they stand behind the finish product. Edgar makes it his personal goal to make the best service possible. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

The walkway was very well done; the start of the work was early as he said; he was very professional and was flexible enough to make last minute changes with no problem.

They did a great job in our yard, getting it ready for summer,

I have been trying to find someone to replace the window on my safety door for a reasonable price for awhile and everyone kept quoting me outlandish pricing or was just outright rude. These guys were super professional and Ricardo and Eddie were amazing to work with

My bathroom had no shower door and I needed to get one installed to complete the look. Contacted FSD and they came out to do measurements quickly. then within a week they came to install our shower door. I definitely recommend them for your shower door needs.

Great service, communication, and great job replacing the glass on my windows at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We had an EXCELLENT experience working with Kevin and his team on our home remodel! The crew was friendly, reliable, and truly skilled at what they do. They listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, were clean and neat, and delivered beautiful results. Kevin truly goes above and beyond and we just love how meticulous he is! Our home feels brand new and we’re so grateful for their hard work. We will continue to use him as our contractor for both big and small jobs!

Lovely showroom with a very pleasant and helpful staff, which are about the only nice things I can say. Remodeling a bathroom and bought a bathtub. Long wait for delivery, delivered damaged, returned, long wait for redelivery; pretty close to three months in total. Contractor hanging loose the whole time. Their delivery carrier is the absolute worst; incorrect notifications, poor scheduling, poorer rescheduling, difficult to get through to anyone who knows where the shipment really is or when it's really coming. Total wasted time because of that is about six days for the original and replacement combined. Absolutely will not recommend or buy from again!

This is a very reliable and great place to go if you need any appliances like washer dryers etc….They have great prices. I had purchased a washer and dryer from them more than six years ago. I just started having issues with my washer they were quick to help with a house call to fix the issue at a great price. I thank God that we still have people and companies like this in our city!

Requested a quote and provided different options to fit within my budget.

I’d give Negative 5 stars if I could 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️
I placed an online order.
It’s been 3 weeks it is showing they haven’t put it in the mail yet.
I have called multiple times on multiple days, I get put on hold then after a long time the phone hangs up, I also left a voice message , emailed 2 times. No response. I checked Google to see if this was a legit business and it shows they are “open” - but obviously no one is home.
I Would like my money back!

Fast, no hustle service, very polite and friendly staff.

Mickey does wonderful work and is very tidy cleaning up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical services.

Absolutely outstanding service! We needed a move-out clean and Cody was so responsive and up front about everything that would and would not be included or an additional charge. Durana and team did such a beautiful job! They truly cared about their work and their customers. 100% will call upon El Paso Cleaning Pros again when the need arises! They are professional at every level.
